I don’t know if today they were expecting an inspection or what but the portions on my tacos were absolutely perfect and neat, as well as all my items were neatly placed in my bag with care! Im not used to that anymore. Usually items are thrown in the bag and cheese and cinnamon twists are everywhere, but not this time!! I was very impressed with this drive thru experience on 3/5 @6:28pm at the Palm Harbor location on US 19.

Always liked Taco Bell. Just went to the one on McMullen Booth Rd.. There was a sign at the counter that you had to use the Self Order Kiosk. The screen wasn't responding to the touch, then added 3 of the item I selected. X'd out and left for good - never to return to Taco Bell.

I had wanted to order not digitally, they had seen me standing there for 10 mins. They then would say my gift card isn’t working when I just got it, and some random guy walks in and get to order talking to a worker. Talk about terrible service!

You guys should fix the drive thru mic and screen or just do better because my order is wrong 9/10 times. On doordash too. This time you gave me beef instead of vegetarian burrito. Not cool.
$4.99 for a crunch wrap that was basically just a tortilla with a tiny bit of filling…. We ordered 3 crunch wraps and all 3 looked like this.

The website says that they are open from 8 AM till 3 AM on Saturday, however, my husband drove 3 and a 1/2 miles to the closest Taco Bell, to get us breakfast and they're closed. Not very pleased. Last time I had breakfast there it wasn't very good. However, this time I was going to try something else. My husband did love his big burrito that he had last time.
