Absolutely terrible experience at this McDonald’s. I came in on July 26, and it took over 10 minutes just to get my food — completely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. It looked like there was only one person working, and the management clearly had no control over the situation. Orders were backed up and nobody seemed to care.
If you’re in a rush or expect basic service, avoid this location. Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had in a long time.

I ordered a simple Steak Bagel No Onions Meal With Large OJ. Obviously its Friday so I'm in my commute to work. The ladies at 2nd window was conversating with another employee across the counter. We've made eye contact thru the window twice and they needed to finish their conversation. Lady finally gives me my drink without looking at me still in conversation and than give me my meal. I rush to work and open my bag and no Hash Brown. Now I'm at work I can deal with it but come on fast food is fast food. They need more training in customer service. The girl who took my order was great. Quick and prompt. At least that was great.

Smallest McDonald's I've ever been to. Conveniently located. Has a tiny drive thru. Super fast service.
It says 24 hours and they seen me wait kindly outside for over 10 minutes and hide

These people will ALWAYS park you and make you wait a whole year. It's honestly ridiculous. Just go down the road to a different location they have no customer service here. No customers and you still have to wait in the parking lot!!

Disappointed with the Large Fries Portion
I ordered a large fries through the McDonald’s app and was honestly shocked by what I received. The container was barely half full — nowhere near what’s shown in the app’s own promotional photo (see attached for comparison).
If you’re advertising a full container of fries, then that’s what customers should get. This felt misleading and disappointing. I hope McDonald’s can improve consistency and quality control, because right now, it feels like I paid for something I didn’t actually receive.
