We called them 4 times throughout the day and we were planning our day around parasailing. At NO point in time when we called, did they tell us the boats were not going out. Thanks for ruining a day of our vacation! We showed up to the beach kiosk behind sharky's and the attendant was extremely rude! The website says $79, but the guy at the kiosk said it was $120. But when we called, they said they can't update the website. They say it's 79 bucks, just so when you get there and find out the real price, they hope your kids will beg and make you pay the 120 bucks. Great job!

Our daughter booked this for us after years of trying to get us to go...didn't know what to expect from this adventure but let me tell you it was awesome!!! Boat crew were great...and we all had a great time...highly recommend it to anyone who's interested in trying it out for themselves! Killer pictures too!!! Thanks for a great time!

Eric took us out on the boat, we swam with dolphins, and went to shell island. It was an amazing tour guide and will come back next year for an even longer tour

Today is our 9th wedding anniversary and parasailing for the first time was the best way to spend it! These guys are so professional and explained everything step by stop so we weren’t surprised at all! 10 out of 10 and we will do it again!

The blonde haired lady in our parasail station was SO RUDE! She was angry and hateful because we asked a question because she had her toddler baby at work with her! Would not recommend at all due to her rudeness over a simple question! Also the photo package we paid 50 bucks for our pics were dark and you can’t really tell about our kids faces or anything. So that was disappointing. But all in all the service at the little hut was horrible!!!

There are reviews much friendlier and more helpful folks in the area. I would seek them out and avoid these folks.

The boat Captain and his assistant were both amazing the girl in the booth was pretty rude, considering she was the only one in the air conditioning she should have been the most chipper. Overall a good time. Don’t waist your money on the photo package, terrible photos.

I don't like to give bad reviews but I didn't do my homework and booked with this company. I got there on time but they have a catch and if you miss the fine print you'll lose your money even if you are on time. Unfortunately they don't want to work with me not even offer a short ride or compromise in the middle. So I think I was fair offering a compromise but they said no, no and no. I will escalate it because I will send a legal letter and they will have to respond and a lawyer will cost them a lot more to answer my concerns and request for refund.

Rented 2 sets of chairs and umbrellas. At 3:30 they came around and up the second set that wasn’t being used. We told the gentleman that we were going into the ocean and to NOT take our chairs. Came back at 4:20 and our cups and sunglasses were thrown in the sand. My husbands $125 sunglasses are ruined and we were cut short 40 min of our chair rental time. When confronted the company did not care and was completely rude!!! Will not use again!!! This is what happens when you don’t have professionals running the stand.

Read this if you don’t read anything!! These are a bunch of lowlifes who just want the money. They know it is non refundable so if it is scheduled to rain at 3. And you parasail at 10am, they will cancel on you. They do not wanna go to work that day if they don’t have too. This has happened twice!!!! Which is really sorry considering I paid 350 dollars to do this. I just wish they could have made it work when the sun was out. They just are lazy. Be careful and book somewhere else. Safe yourself the time of working with lowlifes and money. Sunshine and All, they won’t let you go!!
