Not the chic little nightspot restaurant you might find down the road. Just a good, wholesome family restaurant! We loved it! And the food was better than the more expensive meals we tried.

Wish I could give 5 stars. Beautiful restaurant, cozy atmosphere. Loved the alligator pond. I had the broiled combo of shrimp and scallops. My partner had the grilled Parmesan shrimp. Both our shrimp was overcooked. However my scallops were excellent, best I ever had! Wish they put the butter on the good baked potatoes instead of leaving basket on table with tiny containers to open! Their mixed vegetables and Cole slaw were fresh and good. We brought cash to pay, told our waiter before bringing our check, yet he added a non-cash adjustment charge ($2+) that we didn't notice and paid it! We would return, just not order broiled/grilled shrimp.

If you're staying anywhere from PCB to Seaside, you MUST take a night to eat at Bayou Bill's Crab House! From the moment you walk up, the aroma of fresh seafood welcomes you through the door.Once inside, a welcoming team of hostesses is ready to either seat you or give a number for the next available table to suit your party. With a full gator pool and an employee waiting to let you pet one (or hold and take a photograph for a small fee), the rush hour wait doesn't seem so bad. Even during the opening rush at 5pm, the wait for us was a maximum of 20 minutes (if that).Once seated, we were greeted by Emma, a cheerful and helpful young lady who went above and beyond to answer our questions and accommodate our needs. Service was fast and the food was impeccable! I don't say that lightly, either. I'm a food snob, and this place was more than satisfying. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp. It is rather long. However, it's right by the gator pond, so passersby get a good glimpse of the outdoor attraction.

Walked right in and sat down around 5:30p first week of April. Large seating area. Service was great and food was okay. Chargrilled oysters were good - large oysters that were definitely grilled. More heavily grilled tasting than butter and Parmesan. Broiled fish of the day (mahi) was okay. It had a lemon sauce on it. Seasonal vegetables were fresh and not overcooked. Baked potato was perfectly baked. Key lime pie was light and fluffy..

Everything about this place was amazing!!! The food was delicious, the service was awesome and the atmosphere was so cool that I took pictures. One note: it opens at 5:00 pm, we got there at 5:10 and had a half hour wait. The lady next to me got there at 5:30 and had an hour wait. This was on a Tuesday night!!!

It was ok. The blackened mahi had zero flavor. Salad dressing came in separate containers. Toppings for potatoes were prepackaged and came from the refrigerator cold. Nothing really special. Seems like a novelty stop for older folks looking for a "local" stop

This restaurant has the best seafood I have ever had in life. The chargrilled oysters are so amazing and are very delicious . Furthermore, the Pan Sautéed Orleans tastes phenomenal with the mahi mahi fish. My wife enjoyed the shrimp and oysters steamed vegetables. The service was great and the gentleman at the bar serving us gave some great customer service to meet us our dining needs. We will definitely be back for more of the delicious meals they have to offer. This will be go to spot when we are visiting Panama City Beach. This restaurant is a must if you are looking for great fresh seafood and great service. The restaurant gets busy and there may be a wait, but it it is worth the wait, so plan to get there when the restaurant opens at 5:00 PM so you can first to get your food . Lastly, I love good food and when I have a meal such as the one I had at this restaurant then I have to share it.

Great service! Great food! Best seafood in town hands down! We had a large group...party of 10! Not bad of a wait for dinner if come before 6 pm.

Amazing meal!! The menu had lots of options for the whole family. Ordered the sushi, which was excellent. Our waitress, Taylor W. was great! Would highly recommend this restaurant

Wow. This place was good but get there early or you will be waiting for at least an hour. We got there at 5:10 on a Monday and the huge venue was packing out fast. We were seated quickly and our waitress was a rockstar. Cheyanne was all over it. We hit the peal and eat shrimp as an appetizer and the gumbo. I would recommend half order for shrimp as they are big. You get potato and corn with it. We had Alfredo and orleans mahi for dinner. Portions were large and delicious. No room for dessert.
