Excellent food and exceptional service from Barrett. There is an overflow parking lot to the side of the restaurant. You can call ahead with reservations. The food was very good and their fried seafood is a very light breading. Our table had the C Level platter, mahi mahi tacos and Prime Rib French dip sandwich. With the C level platter it had some of the best Flounder and Groper I have ever had. Everything was very delicious and properly prepared. The side salad that you can close as a side is very large. The grilled pineapple was very good as well as the Brussels sprouts. The key lime pie was very good and not too tart. It is the best restaurant experience we have had in the area. Also, they do have a daily special so be sure to ask about that too.

First time here, we had a dinner reservation for 22 people for a birthday on Monday evening. Restaurant was prepared and had everything set up very nicely. The 2 servers did an outstanding job and the kitchen did as well. 8 appetizers came out timely and hot, and the salads were awesome, especially the wedge. All the entrées came out as orders and Hot. We were very Pleased. Thanks to the staff for making it a memorable experience. Highly recommend. Great Prime Rib too......

Very nice place with many options including seafood & prime rib/steaks & burgers. I had the Grouper Cheeks over Fontana cheese grits! It was excellent. Great service from Gary! Variety of attire in the restaurant from casual to dressy. Great atmosphere and pleasant staff!

The staff was wonderful , nice little spot and clean ,drinks were good . Grouper bites were very good. Grilled shrimp and sweet potato fries were good, but they went downhill from there. Ribeye was cooked perfectly (med) but was way overseasond, dry, and tough. The broccoli was almost unedible, very woody and hard, collard greens was very bland.I had high expectations for this place with the good reviews but that was just not my experience.feel like i paid for a prime cutt of meat but got utility cutt.

Worst prime rib dinner I’ve ever had!! First and last time for me! Other items seemed good but prime rib was tuff with no flavor.

After reading excellent reviews, the hubby and I were excited to try C-level. We were both underwhelmed. On a positive note, prices were on par with other restaurants in this class, portions were good and service top notch. The highlight I must say were the Brussel sprouts. They were cooked perfectly and had a bacon jam balsamic drizzle. I would have been super happy to have stopped there! Hubby ordered a ribeye well done (I know!), but it was cooked just a hair over medium and actually dry. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a steak that pink without juices. He also ordered cornbread bites. The taste was good, but they were refrigerator cold. When I asked the waiter, he said they are always cold, so they don’t dry out. 30 seconds in a microwave would have fixed that, but he wasn’t concerned. I ordered blackened grouper, Oscar style. It first came out plain. They had to take my dinner back to get the grouper style. It took about 10 minutes for it to come back out and it was just Ok. Far more hollandaise than crab, and at the point, my fish was warm in the top and cold on the bottom. I expected a little more for a $10 up charge. Also if you are planning to pay cash, pay attention to your receipt. They put a credit card fee on your bill before even asking how you are going to pay. The food was Ok and service great, but there are just too many fantastic restaurants in that area to spend that kind of money on okay.

We frequently visit PCB and for the first time tried C Level. I wish we would have found it a long time ago! The interior of the restaurant is spacious and decorated so tastefully - I love the colors. So, right off the bat, we were excited. There is lots of seating and a great bar - we chose a booth and it was great. For dinner I ordered the pork chops and my husband ordered the stuffed flounder. The food was absolutely delicious! One thing that is important to me is that the food is served hot - which is was, including the potatoes and broccoli. The rolls are to die for - sweet, hot and served with plenty of butter. I got a piece of key lime pie to bring home and it was also amazing. They have a very nice menu with lots of choices. I have a shellfish allergy and Shannon (our waiter) was so helpful in explaining what I could and couldn't have. She was kind, knowledgeable and funny, as well as efficient - the perfect combination. Our experience was perfect, and we can't wait to go back.

1) Ambience: I sat in the bar area. The layout, lighting, and the music gives off a soothing, friendly, inviting vibe. 2) Food: Phenomenal. I had the Crab Queso Dip, which was decadent and delicious. A cup is plenty for a table of 4 if they're ordering entrees as well, but go for the bowl if you want to double down - you won't be disappointed. I also had the fried pickles, which traditionally I'm not a big fan of. However, these were crispy and flavorful; something every pickle connoisseur will enjoy. Lastly, the Mahi Mahi in parmesan cream sauce: hands down the best Mahi I've ever had. The chef cooked it absolutely perfectly. Every stab of the fork peeled back a thin, juicy layer of awesomeness. It may have been the best piece of fish I've ever had, period. 3) Cocktails: I'm 41. I've been to a lot of bars. In fact, I'm sitting in one now while writing this review. I saw things behind the C Level Bar I have never seen before. Maybe I've been sheltered, but I've never seen or heard of a Clarified Pina Colada (I'm but a humble Bud Light drinker when not tasting wine). Apparently, this cocktail is mixed and filtered into a carafe from which it drips for 12 hours. I thought of it like smoking brisket overnight for 12 hours in the form of a cocktail. We all know good food takes time, and if cocktails are no exception this Pina Colada is tops. Lastly, the Bar Chef, Master Bartender, or in layman's terms, the guy behind the bar pouring drinks had tremendous skill. If I tried to critique it, I wouldn't be doing him justice because I know so little about it. All I know is that he's spinning ice cubes and lighting sh*t on fire.

Food was delicious. Ordered the Brussel sprouts (waiter recommended) and they did not disappoint. Even though I live Brussel sprouts, I highly recommend to haters. These were yummy. Also has the sweet potato fries and SOS shrimp. All were awesome. And plenty to take home and enjoy the next day. As it was a birthday celebration we chose Key Lime Pie as desert. I am very picky when it comes to Key Lime Pie and this too did not disappoint. Highly recommend this place. Not only was the food wonderful but the service was impeccable. Our waiter was friendly and on his game!

Went on a Friday night for the prime rib special, probably some of the best prime rib I have ever eaten. A pleasant place with staff was excellent. Also a busy place so it looks like it is the place to be. We'll definitely return and try over things over the prime rib in.
I can’t rec this restaurant, and our wonderful bartender/waiter Sam, highly enough. Road weary and ready for a drink and food, we found C Level and settled in at the bar for amazing seared ahi and steak, as well as interesting info and conversation with Sam. Will visit again!!!!b

Tonight was our last night at the beach. We always try a couple new places each time we visit, and tonight when we were talking about dinner, my husband remarked that we hadn't found any new places this week that were return-worthy. The kind of place you recommend to your friends. I said well, we still haven't tried C-Level. So off we went. We were seated immediately. The dining room is beautiful, chairs were very comfortable and our waiter was so welcoming. We ordered a bacon-wrapped sea scallop appetizer special, and it was phenomenal. As was the bread... it was sweet, soft and fresh. The salads themselves were good with crisp greens and veggies cut small. However, the ranch tasted like it was straight out of a plastic gallon jar of Kraft. I expected some good homemade ranch from a place like this. Our food arrived, and our favorite items were the cheese grits, broccolini and the grilled pineapple. The garlic parmesan fries were pretty good as well. My husband liked his tuna steak but my son and I weren't huge fans of the fried shrimp. It was heavily breaded in an overly seasoned breading, but while the shrimp themselves were quality, the meat itself lacked flavor. I probably would have loved them grilled. I would have given this place 5 stars if it weren't for the unappetizing breading on the shrimp and the bottled ranch. It took us all week, but we did finally find a place we will come back for and can recommend to our friends!

The food was outstanding. It was beautifully prepared and delicious. The prices were very reasonable for the excellent food quality. Our waitress was very pleasant and efficient. The only fault we found was this is a 5-star restaurant in a 3-star environment; the exterior and tables are a bit mediocre. To avoid a long wait, come early and in the off-season. You will enjoy the food.

Went for dinner with a couple of friends from work. I had the gumbo which was loaded with seafood but the roux was a little light lacking that richness. The blackened tuna was cooked Ike's perfectly rare and very good. We split a couple desserts Key lime pie was amazing and the cheesecake my friends were very happy with. All In all a solid meal just a few fine details would have made it great

Nothing short of excellent. From the second we were greeted and sat, all the way to dessert. Service was excellent, food was delicious and more than one person stopped to ask how we were doing. Shrimp and grits were excellent. Highly recommend that you treat yourself to dinn
