Our first time visit, however the friends we were with come here frequently. Located in a small plaza, with blooming orchids mounted on palm trees creating pleasant ambiance for the outdoor seating. Staff was happy, helpful, offering suggestions, glass of house Chardonnay generous. The sushi was fresh and delicious, and the portion of thai curry chicken so large that I took more than a half home. We will definitely be back.

I have been enjoying the food and service of this restaurant for a few years now. Recently, I got to meet a young lady by the name of Pam Yukpaen, one of the workers at the location. I am amazed at the diversity of Pam. She is capable of handling a multitude of different jobs at Bluefin, and does it with ease, happy face and a sparkling personality. She is definitely a standout worker. I look forward to being served by her in the near future.

We tried this restaurant for lunch and were seated right away. The ambiance is nothing special. But service was quick. We ordered their Thai iced tea along with their Parkland sushi rolls. It was okay. It wasn't the best sushi I ever had but it was still good. Their chicken pad Thai was better. Overall it's a good place for sushi and Thai food.

Bluefin Sushi Thai Grill in Parkland is excellent. The variety of sushi and Thai dishes are phenomenal. Food presentations are beautiful and appealing to the eyes and palette. Delicious appetizers, drinks, and food combinations. I love the outdoor quiet seating in Parkland with the string lights up all year long. The restaurant is clean and the service is always good. I recommend this restaurant to everyone that loves this kind of food. Plus, check out the daily specials for dinner because the prices are exceptional.

Bluefin sushi is located in a great spot in parkland. It's in a plaza surrounded by a forest so it's serene. The outdoor seating at bluefin really adds to the ambiance well too. There's also seating inside but I have always opted to be outdoors to enjoy the atmosphere. The waitstaff can have a hard time to completely understand what you want to order so you have to speak slowly to ensure you are getting the right thing. The food is great! They have daily specials from sushi bomb Tuesdays, to Pad Thai Wednesdays. I really enjoyed the chicken pad Thai! It was actually really really good here. I wish it came with some rice to soak up some of the sauce because it seemed like it needed that though. The chicken teriyaki was also phenomenal. I wasn't a huge fan of the sauce though it seemed a little thick so I am glad I got that on the side. However, you can never go wrong with sushi bomb Tuesdays as that sushi roll is phenomenal. The spring roll appetizer is also very well done. The spring rolls are sliced diagonally and the sauce it comes with complements them so well. Look forward to going to Bluefin again for another meal
a hidden gem in the middle of parkland. there’s a sushi chef in the middle of the restaurant so you can see him prepping everything fresh. i got a cheese roll, which i thought was going to be a piece of bread for some reason but no. its nori, rice, and cream cheese. good just wasnt what i expected. i was just curious as to what it was. and a chicken tempura roll and kids chicken katsu. lots of chicken for lunch. those were good too. just all a bit pricey.
