I came to grab a sub in a place I’m familiar with getting quality food but the two preparers in the front slammed my bread on the counter and without any kind of paper or plastic to protect the bread from the bacteria infested counter. I then get passed over to the next girl and she just wet a white towel that was stained brown dirty looking wiped the counter and had the audacity to place my bread in the counter as well HOW DISGUSTING whoever has trained these kids needs to retrain them and do a better job. This is unsanitary she wet that towel in a bucket that had water for god knows how long and then wiped it where she is putting food bare on the counter as is the other boy slicing the meats. This should be a different process especially with customers watching you. I give this place a 1 star and do not recommend anyone to eat there they should have someone go in and do an inspection on health and safety this was truly a distasteful experience.

If I could give this a zero I would at this point. We have been coming for years and years. Literally the last SEVERAL times we’ve ordered from app it’s been wrong. Whether it’s wrong toppings or not adding double meat and we paid for it. I never complain. But I’m tired of having to go back or argue with them that they made sandwich right when clearly it’s wrong. Look at pic below. There is clearly a single serving of chicken and they want to fight me about it. Unless the portions are getting smaller and it isn’t communicated. It’s the same amount as the other phillys we ordered.

Almost $50 for two sub combos for lunch. I actually had to check to make sure they didn't charge me for an extra sub. Better than Subway but there are better options for less money. Staff was friendly, place was clean. I won't go back due to the price.

To go orders are pointless since you have to wait in line. I understand theft concerns but plenty of other stores do this better with a separate area and staff to handle to go orders. I often end up just going straight to the cash register but there’s often a line for this too and it’s not always clear who is waiting for their in-store order or picking up their online order. I hate having to wave someone down or get their attention when the whole purpose of the online order was to skip this.

I’ve been going to Jersey Mike’s for 20+ years. When I moved from NJ to Florida 9 years ago I found Jersey Mikes in Parkland! This location is absolutely fantastic! Great staff, great food. Lucas, Andrew and Eric are the best of the best!
