We like it. It's one of the better IHOPs in the area. They do try to keep it clean. Service was quick on our visit but they do get busy. Food is average. Been here several times with family and friends for decent breakfast.
Food is usually great. Couldn't give it 5 stars because there was a wait and service was a little slow from new people working there. Other than that, it was a pleasurable experience and I give it a thumbs up.
