I HAD THE BEST SERVER AND FOOD AT THIS LOCATION THERE WAS NO WAY I WAS GONNA LEAVE W/OUT LEAVING A REVIEW AND I HAD TO LEAVE 5 STARS!!!!!!! MY server Monay was AMAZING, She was knowledgeable abt drinks and the food, she had EXCELLENT customer service and was very attentive to me and my girlfriend.....the food was DELICIOUS, it came quickly and was cooked EXACTLY the way we wanted, we enjoyed the dining experience SO MUCH!!!!! I recommend ANYONE TO EAT HERE!!!! You won't be disappointed!!!!!!!

Good service by waitress but manager at the hostess station (white blonde 30ish woman was rude to patrons because the restaurant had a large group and she was stressed - not acceptable. Glad she wasn't rude to me or my Mom, who was meeting me there for lunch- she Loves Lobsterfest). Black, thin 40ish waitress covering area near windows was Very personable and kind.**Restaurant needs a Refresh/Updating**

The reason for 1 star is my waitress was very nice and concerned and I can post a review. The food is way overpriced for the portions. The lobster tail are small and lack on flavor. The beer was hot, but my wife drink bahama mama was good. Do not fall for the scam of the picture, cause it's not free. They want $15 a picture. Almost everyone working here looks like zombie or robots, either tired or very lazy people working here. Making the guest feel like you're bothering them every time you ask for service. Red lobster is not the same anymore from 10 years ago. Dont waste your money and time eating here.

The server was not friendly at all. I won't be back. She literally threw the container lids on the table after being asked 3 times for them. She offered the bill, and we didn't even have coffee or dessert. I told her we would ask for it as soon as we were ready. When she asked for the 3rd time. We took it and left without dessert or coffee.
