Recently had an extended delay at Ft. Lauderdale International Airport (terminal 3), I found the best option for eating was the Villa Italian (operated by DNC Hospitalty Services). They offer a selection of fresh baked pizza (by the slice or entire pizza)(they even placed my pizza back in the oven to warm it up since it was displayed in counter), salads and pasta dishes. Everything was pretty good (octopus, ravioli, beets salad, and clams linguine), staff was excellent as well. The only small complaint i have was the portions are a little small, but everything else makes up for it. No dedicated parking... but a public lot isnt too far.

I cannot speak much about all the other different food here besides the macaroni and garlic rolls. I always come here for just those two things and I wish other people could eat the macaroni as it is one of the better ones I've tasted besides high end restaurants. The reason it isn't 5 stars is for the fact that sometimes they don't have macaroni available or other kinds of food.
