Just wow… and not a good wow. There was so much cream cheese on the bagel the entire outside was covered and I could not even pick it up it shot out of the paper wrapper it was so slimy and just broke into pieces and the eggs were super cold on the inside.

Not sure if they boil their bagels but they tasted ok but more like loaf bread. I do like the variety. A bit costly for but they give you alot. The bunch thing was good

I had Bagelheads in Pensacola by UWF for the first time ever this morning. This has to be the absolutely best bagel I have ever had! I don't eat a lot of bread and when I do, I want to enjoy it! I AM ENJOYING IT! I cannot wait to try some of the other flavored bagels and even bagel sandwiches.

Stopped in for an egg and cheese bagel and couldn't pass up one of those giant croissants! Food was good, huge bagel, perfectly toasted was tasty with egg and melted cheese, served warm. I would have taken a picture but I ate it too fast! Staff was friendly and service was quick. Easily could have seen myself with my laptop (free wi fi) and a cup of coffee hanging out, but I had to run!

Service and food have gone downhill. We had to stop coming here which we did nearly twice a week. Burning bagels, forgetting cheese, and just being sloppy killed it for us. You can only turn around so many times.
