We enjoy going here once in a while. Skillet queso is always amazing. Meals are usually very good although I have had to send a couple items back to the kitchen. They always made it right. Inside of restaurant is getting worn out and is tired looking.

My go to place for a non fast food meal at a great price. I usually get the three for me. It comes with an appetizer , entree, side & drink. You can also add a cheesecake & or margarita at a discounted price. You can order ahead on the app and it will be ready by the time you get there to pick up your meal,

I went to chillis 9 mile to inquire about purchasing some buffalo sauce for a baby shower, mom to be LOVES chillis buffalo sauce. I asked togo girl if I could do that and she said she had to ask her manager. (I was asking to purchase product from a business) her GM , whom I later found out is Paul, came out and said “are you asking to buy some sauce? “ I said “yes” he said “ we can’t help you today” I said “thank you” and went to the Chillis on 9th Avenue where I was greeted with kindness and eagerness to help with my request. This all boils down to the LEADERSHIP , Paul is a poor leader. Thank you Chillis 9th Avenue for enjoying your job , and helping customers . Shame on Paul, the world doesn’t need bitterness and laziness

I can't go to any other Chili's! The service here is is great especially Rakel. We always request her section, she is amazing! She makes sure everything is perfect before bringing it and checks in frequently. As long as she works there we will stay visiting!

Asked waitress to please make sure my burger was Medium Rare. I told her if that wasn't possible I'd order something else. She arrived with my order and told me the General Manager cooked it. It was extra well done. Is it not possible to get a hamburger cooked medium rare? So disappointedWheelchair accessibility: The handicapped parking is further away than some of the regular parking

Love the food. We received one drink order for the entire meal and never got asked again if we needed anything to drink. Our waitress was talking to the people at the bar about going to another bar that is nearby, and I guess she forgot we were there until another waitress brought us some to go

This place never recovered from COVID era. Service has always been ok, but what and how fast things come out of the kitchen is erratic. I Will go every three months or so to give them another chance and this Chilis on Nine Mile never stops underwhelming me. The best advice is do not go there for a special occasion. You are very probably going to be disappointed.

My only complaint, it's dark and a bit difficult to maneuver around. The staff is very helpful and makes sure you're seated and know where things are at.The food is good, try the "three for me", I totally recommend it.

Quesadillas is supposed to have a ton of cheese I ordered chicken quesadillas and they had a good seasoning but we're dry and I didn't see any cheese

We love Chili's. It's our go to place. And servers like Amber is why. We felt welcomed and appreciated. The food was great. And when the manager came to check on us it was a very welcomed gesture. I highly recommend Chili's- it's a fun night out!
