I’ve been coming to this location for years it’s always clean and neat. The cakes are always moist and delicious. The last visit that I had which was last week made the most positive impression on me because of Taylor. She was very informative and pleasant and great to talk to. She asked the right questions and was able to give me information regarding getting a wedding cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes, I never knew that they made wedding cakes until I talked to her. I really appreciate the great service and the information. Taylor is fantastic. I will definitely consider getting my wedding cake from here. Thanks again Taylor 😊

I visit the store often considering this is the ONLY one in my area! So upon a visit one day MONTHS before I was given the gift certificate I had asked the manager do they honor certificates from other stores & she stated yes now 4 to 5 months has passed & I received a gift certificate as a gift & I was told THEN that I had to be used @ a participating store🤔 clearly not what I was told before I received the certificate. Was a lil disappointed only because the manger never came out to tell me why she sent the employee back out kind of a chicken play. When Im sure if the store do not do in store certificates she surely remembers me & our conversation. Oh well....will find another sweet shop & PARTICIPATE with them🥰

I was in Pensacola for my anniversary and I visited the store all 3 days we were there. My husband and I enjoyed the Red Velvet cake the most but I tried the strawberry and cream and it was good. Brought back the carrot cake ,(don't judge me) , lol. Love this place and will definitely be visiting the one near my home in Jackson, TN. The cashier , Monique W waited on me everyday I was there except today since she was off but she was very nice and ALWAYS greeted me with a smile upon entering the store and invited me back upon leaving. The cakes are VERY good ....and moist !!

Placed an online order to find out that the store was unable to make my order... which wa sliterally one of their smores edition bundlets... Waited 3 more days, never got a call, went back by the store and they still didn't have the ingredients to complete the order. Why take my money if they are unable to make what I ordered? I was told Nothing Bundt Cakes only allots certain stores a certain amount of ingredients so it isnt the stores fault apparently. I will never shop hear again because this is a terrible way of doing business. Ill just go to Chrisoulas Cheescakes when I need a sweet treat cause they take way better care of their customers.

Amanda was absolutely exceptional in her service and care! I wasn't able to be at home for a delivery and came to the store for pickup, unfortunately the driver was still doing other deliveries, however Amanda made sure I was taken care of and had an entire other cake baked new! Highly recommend
I just ordered a three bundtlet tower from them to be delivered to my boyfriend! He’s so happy and so I’m thrilled with this store!!

Truly enjoyed the cakes however, was met with a rude comment by one of the young ladies at the counter. I would expect you often get asked if you have forks; but to be told “ no, we are not a grocery store” was extremely rude and a bit shocking.
