Came on a whim to celebrate my son's 16th birthday and it was a blast. The food was phenomenal, the waitress was amazing, the decorations are cute, and the drinks are strong. We will be back soon

This was our first time there we had a 15 min wait upon arrival we ordered appetizers but they didn't come out till our food came out Which was almost 45 mins after being seated. The waitress seemed to be in a bad mood. The music was very loud hip hop genre. The crab and shrimp bag with the Cajun and medium spices was good but you only get one cluster of crab and like 8 shrimp and one potato and half a corn. My husband got the fish basket and fried shrimp he said the fish was very heavily breaded so you couldn't really taste the fish. The shrimp breading came off the shrimp when you picked it up. All in all it's not too bad

We had lunch today and both ordered fried shrimp. It was excellent as well as the sides (corn and sweet potato fries). Ashley took care if us and should be commended. She was the only employee working as hostess and server and did a great job. She had a good attitude and stayed calm under pressure. We'll definitely be back!

Awesome! Came in late with girlfriends. Even though it was closing time we were taken care of and not rushed at all. Great fresh food, service at bar... excellent... like being treated like family. A definite must!

Food was excellent. Came out fresh and hot. I had the steamed shrimp, corn and potatoes. My husband had fried shrimp. Mango margarita was really good! Cat our server was very attentive and helpful. Price was great. Worth the drive from Jay, Fl. We will definitely be back.

The Best seafood in Pensacola, hands down!! It’s great to get seafood without having to go to the beach! Y’all kill Peg Leg Pete’s, and Crabs! Great food, great service (KAREN) was amazing!!! Customer for life!!

Big servings so you get what pay for!! Sushi was great! Shrimp and crab Alfredo was good!! The honey buns were amazing! Mozzarella sticks came out super hot!! The beer battered and coconut shrimp are worth the buy and sonic the half pound of shrimp boil!! The drin called “the crab trap” is delicious a must try!!

It was sad to see this place so empty. The food was delicious. The service was pretty good. Shrimp Basket has lost a few customers. We will definitely be going back. The prices are fair and the portions were good.

I went to the juicy crab. I ordered wings and fries they exceeded my expectations better than some wing places in a town. Also, I had an order of crawfish extremely tasty flavorful. I was assisted by Jackie who was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the full menu. Great food and good service. I will absolutely go back again soon.
The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. I got the shrimp and sausage boil and it was wonderful. I will definitely be back!

Went for lunch and ordered 2 drinks and 2 shrimp baskets. Waitress had 4 tables total, all at different intervals so she wasn’t slammed. And I understand everyone is short staffed. This wasn’t the problem. So 36 minutes later, didn’t have any food so we asked her to check on it. She states that it went to another table so we’d have to wait. One of the baskets came out but the second one never did. Called manager Chris over to inform him of what was happening and he ran back to the kitchen, then comes out to say it’s only been 20 minutes. Ummm, no, Chris it hadn’t. But did he even apologize? NO! Just wiped the bill clean. Thanks for the free shrimp basket but how about just do better? The restaurant is already dead, why you trying to alienate the only customers you have coming in? This place won’t be open long with this mentality. DO BETTER!

Found another great spot. Our server Kate was amazing. Food is a bit pricey but well worth it. Everything we ordered was fantastic. Great atmosphere the entire family had a wonderful experience.

Well….So I’m not from Pensacola and I just wanted some fish. Popped in at noon and just got out at 12:45. Not busy and now I know why. I’m from the south and I love fried food but the catfish and fries were too greasy. Perhaps the grease wasn’t hot enough and they had to leave it in the basket too long.. ugh. I wanted to tell them but I did try to eat most of it.. not a fan. So sorry folks. This is my first really bad review. But the atmosphere was great. Waitress was polite.
