Called several times tonight to inform them that my order was not right. No one answered. I'll be addressing this in person I guess. The food is too expensive to not get the order right. I get it's not your food but have some pride and double check.

Called twice just trying to put an order in and both time’s I was put on hold for longer than 10 minutes. First time I thought they might have just forgot, no biggie. Second time was extreme lol. Never again. If I were the managers/owners I’d pay attention to calls around 6/7 pm.

The cashier Javion was very quick and respectful. I went in and my online order was ready 4 minutes early. He greeted me soon as i walked in the door and dropped what he was doing to help me. Out of my 50 or more times at Wingstop in my life it was definitely my best experience because of his customer service paired with hot, fresh and delicious food. I even went back in to let the crew know how great the food was.

I'm very dissatisfied with my service at the Wingstop on Bayou Blvd. If I paid for my wongs to be a certain way then management should .take sure they are that way. I have never had an issue until now. The girl that says she is in charge should not BE. Hit me up DISTRICT!!!

Waited 10 minutes longer than I was told because they were waiting on the fries, for them to be cold. I saw them messing with the soda machine after a lady complained so I assumed they fixed it when they handed me my cup I PAID for- it was not. When I called they told me I’d be getting a call back and I never did.

I was very disappointed when I arrived home to eat my food. The fries were soggy and I put them in the air fryer to try and get them crispy that was unsuccessful! They had no seasoning either. The wings had absolutely no taste and was greasy as well. The amount of grease that was at the bottom of my air fryer and part that soaked into my bag I could’ve refried it! I haven’t had wings too in a long time so I was definitely looking forward to it! I don’t know if it’s just the location on Bayou blvd or what but it’s a wrap for me! Just awful and the customer service was lackluster. The kids weee sitting around on their phones!

The heater was broke and it was freezing inside, it was 39 degrees outside. These poor employees were so cold and it was to cold to dine in.

Ordered 15 lemon pepper wings-tasted like someone dumped a whole box of on them; first time I have not been satisfied with their wings-hope it’s a one-off.

My boyfriend & I are Wingstop lovers and we are never disappointed! The food is amazing, and service is nice as well. Alissa was very sweet and patient with us and AJ made our food better than our expectations! I got 5 boneless bbq, 5 boneless mango habanero, my boyfriend got 10 boneless mild and we shared some buffalo ranch fries. We were so stuffed and finished our leftovers at home. I will continue making the 45 minute drive for Wingstop!

Food is good here but I wouldn't recommend going in to eat. There was no AC so the whole time we were waiting for our food in the heat. It felt so stuffy in there and the food took forever to be done. The soda machine stopped working midway to me picking my drink so I had to stay there for an extra 10min waiting for the machine to start back up.

Had a decent sized online order that was placed. Getting home I noticed I was missing all the wings we ordered. I called the store and spoke to Kevin. He was very apologetic and made it right and let me know I could pick up the wings. We're human and forget things sometimes and Kevin did right by us and fixed the issue with no problems. Amazing customer service and great food as well.

Took over an hour after my mobile order to get an estimate on when my food would be ready and then inform me after an hour that they didn't have a menu item that I ordered and hour before. Worst mobile order experience to date.
