I ordered a honey, hot pizza and got a cheese pizza. I was on the phone with them for about 20 minutes before I finally got to speak to somebody just for them to tell me that they have to replace the Pizza and not credit my account. I will never ever ever order from Pizza Hut again, and I will tell everybody the story, and hopefully that will deter them from wanting to order from Pizza Hut as well.

Employees were great. Customer service was really good food and Pizza Hut fell off the chains very bland, but it is Pizza Hut. There was a crackhead in there causing trouble manager took care of it. Great job manager.

The cashier/manager as she called herself, had no name tag, was dirty looking and rude. She called the police to remove a customer after confrontation. She instead got a lesson from the officer on customer service.
