I normally don’t have an issue with Zaxby but tonight the food was cold so I called up there and Kelly the manager took no accountability but instead said that can’t be. Then proceeded to tell me the food is under a heater so it can’t be expected to be hot although the recording says the food is made fresh to order. Like what did I miss. Just a little advice when a customer a paying customer at that calls to give you feed back you should acknowledge it and apologize. It wasn’t like we were asking you to replace our meals but that should’ve been an option. Definitely thinking twice about going back because service is everything and speaks volumes!

This location is absolutely terrible!! I waited over 10mins in the “could you pull in to the first spot over there and we’ll have your food right out” , before having to go inside and ask for my order. Handed the young man (who was trying to be nice) my receipt, he hands me a bag with part of the order missing. When I ask about it, magically it’s made in less than 1 minute. My receipt is now missing (actually given to another customer in the drive thru getting their food). Yeah and my grilled chicken sandwich had the greasiest bun I have ever had - gross!!They probably won’t care to lose my family as a customer, but really people - get your act together!!It’s sad that this type of non-service “because we are short staffed” has become acceptable!

So Callaha took our order in drive thru and gave us our food. Rudest, meanest, un friendly person ever. Literally gave my wife a death glare when she asked a question. Oh and when you respond asking how you can resolve the issue, fire her. You cannot not address situations and expect different results. Shame on you.

All I ordered were fries for a little snack. You can tell they were older fries they quickly dipped in oil to reheat. No seasoning. Gross. And the girl in the drive thru was not friendly as all.

Sunday. January 14th... 12:47 PMWaited over 10 minutes for our order to be brought out. The girl who brought very rudely asks what we ordered. My husband doesn't even say it all and she shoves the bag in the window WITHOUT saying anything... we say thank you and she walks away. Are you kidding me? Rudeeeee!!! Fire her. She doesn't deserve a second chance.Drive down the road, no salad dressing for our salad and less than 10 baby white cheddar cheese bites we paid $5.39 for.Husband has been in the store asking for new dressing for over 5 minutes... he says the dude inside walked away when he said he was from the drive thru. Fire his rude self too!Nobody helps him and he had to ask for dressing to all employees for someone to hear and then the manager asks him if he wants some kind of buffalo sauce they just made.No! That has nothing to do with our problem! I can't wait to do the survey as well. This is crazy.Don't like your job, get a new one! I will NEVER return to this location and will share this on all of my socials as well.EDIT: THEY GAVE US THE WRONG DRESSING!!!
I've ordered from this location countless times and always got delicious food. Today my chicken was over done, and I didn't notice for a few hours. I called and brought it up to the store, and Leo agreed it was a little overly crispy and got me a replacement right away! He was so nice about it, as was the cook and cashier I interacted with.I eat here probably a little too much and this was the first time I wasn't happy with my meal. The staff is great, the food is awesome, and as I saw tonight the staff is right there to fix any problems. Thank you for being so great Leo!
