what I want to tell all the people in Plantation, FL that the stuff there are bunch of lazy loosers, layers my pickup time was 11.16 Am stepped in 11.14 asked a female about it she said couple of minutes after 8 minutes asked a male he said let me check for you then he told almost done, another 7 minutes another male told me just few more minutes I'm still waiting after 24 minutes the same layer told system down wait for a while without even saying we are sorry just told me cancel it which I really did so my advice don't believe them at all and my rate is below zero

This cafe used to serve what I consider to be the best cinnamon roll. They were incredible—thin, delicate, and you could keep unrolling the perfect spiral, tearing off thin pieces to enjoy with the cream cheese. I would come specifically for this unique treat, and the coffee was always top-notch too.
Lately, though, the cinnamon roll has changed and it's now thick, and that amazing, delicate spiral is gone. The flavor is okay, but it is nowhere near the quality or special experience of the original.

Pure Awesome!!! My Carmel coffee and 2 cookies wete beyond my expectations. The coffee has the design of the cookie in top. This was an art! The girls were friendly and very helpful I recommend Ella's, the staff and food anytime!

I don’t want to hear that your coffee shop is not doing well. If it is, come to this place and you can see why it flourishes. Quality! And a staff that is actively paying attention to delivering great service. They work as if they each have ownership in this business. PAUL is excellent and when I got my coffee with the cream and sugar on the side, I had nothing to stir it with. Paul just happened to be walking by and grabbed a stirring stick for me. Those are the details you wont normally see anywhere else. This is him in the pic, working, watching and putting his clients first : )
The latte and cappuccino are top notch, as good as the ones I've had in Italy. Of course, a cappuccino on a glass is a US thing. Sorry, the sandwich I tried was not good. I'll have to try other sandwiches. Im sure i will, the coffee was that good.

I usually stop by after work to relax and enjoy their delicious coffee and cookies. Recently, though, it doesn’t feel quite the same. The new staff often seem unfriendly, which takes away from the warm and inviting atmosphere I’ve always loved
