I went to IHOP on US 1 and it was pretty much empty. I ordered the steak tips with eggs but they were chunks not tips. No butter for my pancake and the soda was flat

Food is always good and the waitresses are very kind and attentive always. Alize goes out of her way everytime we come here.
Love the food and good and fast service. They are just disorganized when assigning tables. I would avoid putting whipped cream to the dishes. Is already enough without it.

soon as we walked in, we were greeted with an attitude by the greeter. but we brushed it off. we sat down, our food was good. then the waitress proceeded to ask for a tip?? that was SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. it was a late night crew member, a female and she had blonde hair. Although we were going to leave it in cash, why would you get mad that you didn’t see it on card then proceed to ask for tip in a passive aggressive tone. wish i remembered her name. i won’t be back.

Turkey bacon was burnt though I did go after 11pm. I think the cook was new. Server didn't check on table but she was alone. They need more than 3 people after 11

The waitress that served my son and myself was outstanding. Her name is Lauren, so very polite and made sure everything was to our liking. I don't know how much she earns, but employees like this deserve, more. Keep her happy, so she is there next time I visit.The cook did an excellent job on our food.GREAT TEAM EFFORT!Vegetarian options: I get vegetarian omelets, some you choose your own options, some are preplanned options.I get a side of pancakes, many choices, instead of other options.COFFEE IS GOOD!
