It was my first time here. And just loved it .. it was the perfect love Italian dinner for two. The food was absolutely good and we are very lucky that Dario made every detail looks amazing. Definitely recommend this place and for sure we’ll back every week

1st time. Insanely priced. Food was great, or better. Huge portions. Lamb chops and i think my date had veal. I see reviews saying rude or bad service. I enjoyed my visit. Everything was great. No beer here so i drank wine. Thank youWe will eat here again

Please check your credit card statements. My already over expensive charge of $444.05 was billed an extra $50.00. My credit card charged was billed $494.05. Also, since there is no menu, do not be embarrassed to ask how much each dish costs.

The food was overpriced, the veal chop was so salty. Could notI eat it, The owner came over and grabbed it by the bone and try to scrape the salt off, very disrespectful. The food is not close to the quality used to be I will never go back and I will make sure everybody I know never goes.

Cafe La Buca located in Pompano and located in a small strip mall was always one of our favorites. Great food yes. There was never a menu with prices. The server, usually the owner would let you know what he had cooked or was available, usually a choice of appetizers, pastas & main courses. Tonight, was a shocker. The bill arrived for 2 couples, and it was almost $450 without any alcohol or wine and before the tip. Prices were more than double we had previously paid and higher that any upscale restaurant in Boca Raton or Delray, we felt totally ripped off. frankly I was embarrassed for the other couple we had brought. Needless to say, we will not be back.

I will not waste my time explaining how service is terrible there, but believe me is not worth it. Dont go there, go somewhere else. Another thing: do not trust their schedule it's not true. Wont set foot there ever again. Is there a grade with less than one star?

I really don't know where to start. If you understand fine dining, which is what they are proclaiming to be, this is not the place for you. The quality of the dishes and service is laughably sub par.The prices are equally as humorous. The restaurant's mgr/waiter/cook is the same person and he is not proficient in any of those areas. When a guest asks if you can make a particular dish, make sure you really know and understand that dish. Learn the proper method for Cacio de Pepe or simply don't make it.

Incompetent managment of reservation and terrible customer service. Refused to honor our Resy reservation. We even offered to sit outside and were simply told to leave. "The reservation system doesn't work it should not accept people and send cancellations". So why do you have it available? This definitely put us in a bind on Saturday night.

Just had dinner for at Cafe Le Buca. There is no written menu. The waiter recites the dishes on offer without describing the size or cost of each. There is a wine list that only lists some of the wines available. For the most part the wine list, though very limited is reasonably priced and sufficient. The service is cursory at best. Portions are large to very large but prices are nuts! Veal chop Parm is $95 and can generously feed two. Octopus apetiser on a salad costs $30. If we were told that these dishes were to be shared the prices might begin to make sense but we weren't. The food was not bad but nothing special and the ambience and the service didn't make the cost worthwhile. We will not be back.

My first impression when going and pulling up to the parking lot and entering the restaurant was to leave. I did not have a reservation and we sat outside. No problem with that. The manager is the only server and seems impatient ,he does not explain what the dishes are and what they are served with. He is overwhelmed and does not like to repeat himself. His accent is hispanic and is hard to understand especially when he is in a rush -serving someone who does not have a reservation and no menu. No menu to look at and see or describe what the dishes are. Interestingly, he told us the wine prices. Not the food prices. The prices for the food are way over priced, Anothy's Clam Bar is so much better and the prices are on point, plus Italian with a menu and patience. I will not go back and did not enjoy our experience. The food and the overpriced dining experience was not that great. Too many great places to visit. You need a menu, please and thank you.

The food was very good. We had the chicken parm, linguine and clams and rigatoni. Each of these dishes cost around $35 each. As far as the service goes, I’d give it a 2. In their defense, they were busy filling a lot of to go orders. Our waiter took our order, our food was delivered to our table and our waiter did not come back to check on us until we were finished. To sum up our visit, I would say the food was worth it but service not so much.

Vastly overpriced mediocre food… Was given to understand it was much better a few years ago. Service was indifferent at best ☹️

We made a reservation on the basis of my friend's previous visit a few years ago... time has not been kind to this restaurant. There is now a vastly overpriced menu available and the food simply does not measure up to those prices. Had the eggplant appetizer and shared plates of clam linguine and rigatoni,,, all mediocre at best. Service was erratic and surly. Overpriced bad Italian food :-(

We go to this restaurant at least twice a month and we’ve never been disappointed. It’s a small restaurant with no menu but everything we’ve tried was amazing. A good wine selection, very generous portions.
