Food over priced everything thrown together.....been going here for years love that place but it's been going down hill!!

I got a large roast beef and it was as dry as the lady making it. Very serious, no hello, no smile. I know you hate your job, but how is that our problem? The guy at the register said thank you, but that's definitely not enough to get us to come back. I had them warm up my sandwich only for it to sit there for 5 minutes and get cold. Ridiculous $18 for a sandwich? hard pass!

Went there once. Last time. Ordered a Philly cheese. Tiny for the price. Zero flavor. Ordered a to go tuna sub on a white roll for a friend. They only had a half roll but offered me sliced bread. How is that a sub? Sorry not sorry but I can make that at home. Publix is far better with more choices at half the price. V&S Deli in Boca is far superior. If you want a sandwich on sliced bread, The Pickle Barrel in Deerfield. Apparently you all have been there for years. Don't know how you've gotten by with bland & ordinary. Worst $57.62 I've ever spent.

Staple sub shop of Pompano Beach. Everything is always fresh because of the high traffic. I would suggest taking a look at the menu or knowing exactly what you want before you get to the counter so you don’t slow down their fast/professional flow of sandwich-making. I’ve been going to Lou’s for over 20yrs. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’ve never been, and love a great sub.

Not an ideal experience, the menu under the monster sandwich I chose reads : double meat and then they charged me an additional up charge for double meat ! The lady tried to explain it but it didn’t make sense. Needless to say they charged me an additional $3 for nothing and it was really awkward when I had to pay and I use to really like this place. So in the end I paid $14.00 for a six inch sub.

Wow, I went in today to order some food from Lou’s, just starting my day on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. The woman who is an employee at the front counter, she was cutting meat about 12:00 pm when I came she was rude and nasty. She angrily threw my food in another container, when asked if she could please put in a bigger container like she was preparing food for dog. I looked at her , I didn’t say nothing. I was about to leave the food right there, and buy lunch somewhere else where I am appreciated as a customer.

If a customer asked for you to please make the order right on how they assist, then it should be made right; according to that customers satisfaction. Not give the customer attitudes, instead. Any restaurant can have good food all they want, but if they have bad customer service, then the food is just as bad.

Also the other employee present refused to finish and fixed another part of the order, when the cashier asked for it to be made. The cashier had to stop assisting me and go finish my order herself.

I refused to be a rude customer, like some Lou’s employees. The cashier she was the most pleasant and courteous employee. Please work on your customer service skills, and learn how to respect your customers. If it’s not for your customers, then there will be no business, the employees no pay checks. Please remember we as the customer and I decided to come and bring you business, we could have decided to do business somewhere else; besides at Lou’s.

Learn how to appreciate your customers and value them. They are keeping your business open to the public.

This place is iconic so many people are regulars at this piller in the community always a friendly face good atmosphere and GREAT TASTING SANDWICHES . The employees are helpful and suggestive . I’ve been coming here for more than 25 years . I love them

This place has been around since I was a kid. Born and raised and grew up loving this place. Been awhile since I had a sub there. But, just like a remembered. AWESOME and definitely worth going to and so many varieties to choose from. A different one everyday. So make the stop and you'll ALWAYS come back for more.

Saw the bathroom and almost fainted. I hadn’t even order my food yet. It literally looks like someone peed everywhere else besides the toilet! This isn'the Lou’s I remember!
