THIS IS A HIT OR MISS! Customer service is terrible. The lady in the front had a terrible attitude, working in this type of environment you need to be more welcoming to the customer. She was just mean and nasty! I asked to speak to the supervisor and she refused to let me speak them! Who ever is in charge needs to address this lady nasty attitude

Yesterday I purchased a turkey meal OMG ! No taste,dull .$15 + I literally had to cook it over ,added salt and piment..Seriously !I know that you can do better..the fried plantains were apparently re fried.I threw them out.I have purchased before and their food usually taste

First time customer came to Caribbean favors Omg the food was fresh to order griot dinner was yummy with the black rice and legume the front staff was professional and welcoming. I would definitely go back and recommend others to try. Best Haitian food in town so far. Keep it up ?

Food is to OILY. They use Bad OIL in the food which is not Good for the body, or the stomach, why is the Legume full of OIL? You deplete the quality of the meal by showering it with OIL, let alone oil that’s not good for you.. Customer service is Not FRIENDLY. RUDE, tread LIGHTLYDietary restrictions: Make foods with the CORRECT oil (avacado, grape seed oil) that doesn’t MESS WITH THE STOMACH OVERTIME. stop being CHEAP by not purchasing a healthier option for your Customers. We are the CONSUMERS treat us right.

I’ve been ordering from this place for years now and I’ve tried to ignore the attitude and rude employees simply because I like their food . I can’t take it anymore because I would not tolerate this anywhere else. If you don’t want to be there, find another job. The girls act like you’re bothering them by giving them business. I’m utterly confused . There are other Haitian restaurants in town , skip this one. Customer service is fit for a dog here.

Bought the griot with rice and beans..first off it was 1:30pm you would think it would be fresh but the rice was dry and the pork was so dry and hard not to mention the plantains it looked and tasted like it was reheated in the microwave just hard..very disappointed totally WAS NOT worth my $

Worst place to get Haitian food.. the jacked up the price and give less food. They don’t update menu to let you know that the price changed. I’ll take my money to Island twist. Oo yea costumer service worst than horrible.
