I went to this Carvel to treat my boys for their good behavior. The lady was warm and welcoming and gave us great customer service. The ice cream looked normal. My kids had one scoop each. We left happy . 2 hours later my youngest one who ate two spoons of ice cream was sweating with a fever. He was complaining about stomachaches. My eldest didn’t get sick until last night. He ate all of his ice cream. He has a fever and he is throwing up and going back to sleep in a cycle. All last night he was complaining about stomach aches. He is sleeping it off this morning and I’ve given him medicine. This is not the first incident from this place me and my husband had ice-cream from here a year ago or so and I had forgotten about it and we had the runs. If the owner can look into cleanliness and testing the ice cream for bacteria it would help customers like me. I won’t go back until this is addressed.

Got bubble gum ice cream not one bubble gum yet it had gummy bears And marshmallows and the cone tasted like the smell of the store ! Now I’m feeling ill

Went in for mint chocolate chip ice cream with fudge, chocolate Crunchies. Got a small. And was COVERED in fudge and crunchies to the point it tasted like straight chocolate. Great service but way too much toppings. Ended up throwing it out

Terrible service cashier/ person making products was rude and made racist comments. She was not Caucasian and clearly did not like Caucasian people. Both employees were in dirty clothes and did not look presentable. I would be embarrassed if I was the owner of this establishment.

Today we bought a strawberry sunday the cup full of Vainilla ice cream witn ONE strawberry at top only!! No strawberry at bottom, at side.. nothing!!! I never come back to this store!!!They should train the people who work there. The other ice creams were a disaster. We always have ice cream at Carvel but first time in that location. I will not come back!!!???

Went in to buy ice-cream but decided to use their bathroom first....I stood outside that bathroom over 15 minutes and could hear a conversation going on inside ... I knocked several times with no response.... Shortly after an employee walked out holding her cell... I let her know that what she did was rude...After finally ordering the ice-cream a young worker asking what happened? I explained and asked for the mgrs. name...His final response was "you should be more patient." This young man was out of linethat that remark... Hello, the employee used the bathroom as a phone booth and made everyone wait. Two insults in one visit. Good help is hard to find........
