Waited 32 mins in the drive thru after placing an order. It was two açaí bowls. Was the only car there… Pulled around to the front and the place was completely empty. I’ve never wrote a bad review for somewhere but I’m so upset. There’s no reason for the place to be empty and an order to take 40 minutes.

They always get my smoothie right. Janelle has become my new favorite. She gave me blueberries and peanut butter for my fur baby last week it really means alot cause he had passed the next day from age/health problems and Im glad he got to enjoy a last sweet treat from you guys.

Please hire more people! Never is a quick experience - waited 30 mins for 2 smoothies because there aren’t enough workers!!! Definitely prohibits us visiting this location!!

Planet Smoothie is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to assist me in choosing the perfect smoothie. The menu offers an incredible variety of flavors and combinations, making it easy to find something for every craving.I can't recommend Planet Smoothie enough!!!

The staff was welcoming and courteous. The place is brand new. The guy at the counter was super helpful and knowledgeable about the menu taking into consideration food allergies. Fresh ingredients delicious smoothies. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend! There is plenty of parking and they have drive thru as well.
