I love this little pub ❤️ it's not only a comfortable little place with friendly service but it's also where I got engaged too!! I'll only stop going if they tear it down.
49th is a classic local dive, off the beaten path of the busy Tyrone area and a good hike from downtown St. Pete. It stands alone. One of the few full liquor and still smoking facilities. Definitely a must stop for local dive lovers, great bartenders, drinks and the patrons always keep you entertained.

Nice owners. The patrons are either nice or really gross. Bartenders tend to over-serve and there is funny business going on in the bathrooms. The prices are great, though. It is a dive bar. If you don't mind the peripheral nonsense and smoke and know how to keep to yourself and stay out of trouble, it's a great place.
