I brought a group out to celebrate the new menu and used the Open Table app. When we got there, we were informed that they weren't expecting us and just sat a large party. So, we waited for a table and that didn't take long. The waitress took our orders, the margarita flights, biscuits and salads came out with no issues.And they were delicious! The food took a VERY long time! My food was cold when it came and I didn't want to send it back for fear I would have to wait even longer. For the amount of the bill, I could have eaten at a fancier place but here we are trying to be supportive, Please hire more kitchen staff to work on getting the new menu promoted! And someone needs to work on the seasoning..some dishes were overly salted and others lacked. I will come back and try again..but this night didnt meet my expectations!

I recently went back to this red lobster and It actually was amazing!!! my daughter broke two different cups while in her seat, taking your kids out to dinner can truly be a hassle but our waiter bri definitely helped me out big time with the little ones great customer service great quality of food kept up very nice and clean restaurant and bathrooms I had one issue which was a drink I ordered, but that issue was resolved very quickly and took care of

I’m not usually one to leave reviews! Especially being a single mother who just doesn’t have time on her hands! But wow! I must say this has to be one of our best experiences at red lobster. and that is all thanks to our waiter bri. it was me and my two wild toddlers. Now, if your a mom, you know how toddlers are Especially at dinner. This amazing young woman. Was so patient with me. Didn’t rush. And made sure to be very nice to my children. As well as me her customer service overall was just awesome! We didn’t go five minutes without a new refill! She knew exactly what she was doing! We need to see more workers like her! Absolutely awesome thank you so much bri for the awesome service!!

Overall, the food was great but let me get you into the real details if you need a waiter that can actually cooperate with older folks is one of the top things I love about going out to eat with my family and Ms Briana Bri sure, did hit the five star check for me. I haven't had a lobster tail from red lobster in five years. I know that sounds crazy and gosh does this make me want to come back every week with my husband.

me and my wife had our 15 year anniversary At our favorite restaurant red lobster! The last time we went, we didn’t have the best service which has caused us to not want to go the last couple times. But I must say this time it was our pleasure to be there. our waiter was absolutely awesome. She checked on us every 10 minutes. And also kept very nice conversations with us. As well as given us, some recommendations. her name was bri. As well as being very patient with my wife who does have dementia so thank you so much to our waiter who helped us have an amazing anniversary. We will definitely be back and of course, will be asking for bri. five stars. her service was just amazing.

Scott was AMAZING !!! If you get the chance to get him, ask :) he’s very attentive and has great suggestions with the menu. He made sure to check in on us several times, already had our refills on the way without even asking and made sure everything was perfect. The manager even came by to check on us and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The maine lobster special is the best especially being from massachusetts :)!!! Again thanks scott for being a great server and we’ll see you again soon. Overall 10/10 recommend

I am highly impressed by this red lobster store!! I’ve visited a lot and this red lobster by far is the best! Excellent customer service everyone was so inviting and friendly. Manager Ashley checked on our table throughout our meal which made our visit feel more personable. The food was amazing. I definitely will be returning 😊
