This was my first time there the place was pretty empty, we asked the girl if we can have a booth seat and she said there were none. We asked her what about that one right there that looks empty so we sat there there was also another booth that I can see a couple tables across from us. What's going on here. There were a couple of tables that were not cleaned and stayed like that almost through half of our meal. I got all you can eat shrimp which was okay maybe just a little too much breading and I also got shrimp and alfredo and that was not too flavorful however the ice cream was really good.

We decided to give Red Lobster a shot after driving around looking for a spot to dine. We instantly regretted the decision. No broccoli, snow crabs, bacon on a Friday night?After 20 minutes of waiting she l comes around the corner and asks how the food is - surprise we never received it ?And when we did get the food it was sloppy.Not sure if Red Lobster has gone down in quality, or if it was just this location... but the experience was not even close to being even ok.

Very poor service. We went there for my husband's birthday. Waitress never checked on us. We were there before 3pm on Friday 3/15. Suzanne M. Only had 2 other tables besides us. She never checked on our drinks. I also informed her we were there for my husband's birthday but she didn't seem to care. We use to go there alot but after today how we were treated we won't be returning. Very poor service for a place that didn't have alot of customers. Now we know why they don't.

Had the crab claws not very good, I was told that the manager bought them from Sam's. Nothing to crack them with too much garlic in the butter. Baked potato had a cup of melted butter on it, and salad was terrible

Had a great time here at the Sanford Red Lobster. Our waitress was super nice and friendly. We couldn’t have had a better waitress!! The food was perfect and cooked to perfection.
It was my first time ever at a Red Lobster and surely will be my last. We made reservations and we sat and waited and waited.. finally went up to hostess and let her know we had reservations and that the other hostess that was up their before said they was getting our table ready. She looked worried and confused,so I took it as they forgot to us and seat us! Once they sat us we was in the back and we had to wait till they found chairs ? you can tell that they just added our table to waitress and we just waited another while. We had no napkins on table or silverware. Food was ok and honestly very overpriced. Then waited a while to receive check. Not a good experience at all. Then to have to pay knowing that service, food and just the experience was awful irritated my soul and just had me upset for the rest of the night.
