A true slice of Paris in Santa Rosa Beach. The food was fabulous, service was excellent and the wine list was large. The type of portion sizes you see in a real French restaurant, not the “bubba”-sized portions so common everywhere. We had the salmon and the sauce was incredible. A great little gem in our part of the world.
Wow! We were both blown away by the delicious food. From the presentation to the flavors creating a party in your mouth! I chose the place. My husband agrees but I know he was hesitant. But boy did they win him over! Very small and quaint. Bistro like. Very charming place! Definitely give Renaissance a try!
Hands down our favorite restaurant in Santa Rosa Beach FL. My husband and I are foodies. This small intimate restaurant is exceptional. The service impeccable, the food delicious and the atmosphere loving & intimate. Highly recommend you give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Outstanding meal with baguette basket, scallop and shrimp appetizers, salmon entree, and creme brulee dessert. All were cooked perfectly. Service was excellent and never a feeling of being rushed.
Loved it. Very cool experience.

**Restaurant Review: Renaissance**
One of the greatest dining experiences I've had in a long time! My party came from out of town to celebrate a bachelorette party and were pleasantly surprised by what Renaissance had to offer. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt warmly welcomed and truly special.
A particularly touching gesture was when a friend who couldn't attend sent wine over the phone, and Renaissance went the extra mile by including a handwritten note on her behalf. The owners, a dynamic chef and front-of-house team, have created something truly authentic and beautiful. Their seamless operation is a testament to their skill and passion.
The owners themselves stopped by our table to ensure everything was perfect, and indeed it was. They even joined us for a photo at the end of our meal, adding a personal touch that was greatly appreciated. As someone who works in the service industry, I recognize that their attentiveness and willingness to engage with us was above and beyond.
I frequent Santa Rosa often, and Renaissance will definitely be a top spot on my list for future visits. I’m looking forward to returning and experiencing it all over again.
PS If the salmon dish with lobster sauce is on the menu when you visit, ORDER IT! It was absolutely phenomenal!!!

Every dish was exceptional! The steak was incredible and a table favorite. The scallops and escargot were also top tier. Would highly recommend this restaurant! The chef personally serves you your dishes and the service is all around incredible. The restaurant is small & quaint making it a very intimate experience.
3rd time here this month - it never disappoints. The food, service & atmosphere truly cannot be beat. I'm so glad this restaurant has debuted in the 30A area. It's an absolute gem. It's also just so fun. We can't wait to go back!

I just moved back to the area from New Orleans where we had our fair share of amazing French restaurants. So after a few months of being removed from that food scene, I felt it was finally time to try Renaissance. I will NOT wait that long to return. It was absolutely fantastic. Can't wait to go back and try more.
The baguette, comdé cheese, camembert cheese and pig jam were really good!! The parsley garlic butter sauce for snail was good but the snails were flesh shrunk and it was less tender also i smell a slightly musty smell. The beef tenderloin dish was tender but lacked flavor. It was very disappointing that there was only one or two pieces of shallot confit on top of the tenderloin. The French fries that came with the tenderloin were also average, not house maid. The opera cake was soggy with coffee water and there was no taste of cream in the middle..ㅜㅜ I'll come back next time and try something else

Lovely, beautiful, and unique restaurant! The carpaccio presentation was exciting and the filet was absolutely perfect. Chef Mel came to our table and explained the menu to us, super kind and engaging. Absolutely loved the French experience. 5 stars, can’t wait to go back!
