Ordered the tuna poke appetizer - it comes with chips for dipping. That was the reason I ordered it - l normally love this dish. when they delivered it Guess what I got? tuna on lettuce. No chips in site. Not a happy camper.

The bartender was completely unengaged with the customers (only 4 in total) at the bar. She was more concerned with her cell phone & socializing with staff than interacting with actual customers. This is the worst experience that I've had at a Bonefish Grill.

I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant since 2014 and it was once my absolute favorite. In the winter months, I would eagerly wait in line for up to 2 hours just to get a table. However, since 2020, I've noticed a significant decline in both the food and service. The dishes that once wowed me now seem lackluster and the service has become unfriendly and unattentive. Unfortunately, this restaurant has lost its magic for me and is no longer my go-to spot. I hope they can get back on track and return to their former glory, but for now, I'm left feeling disappointed.

Had the Bonefish Signature Pasta with blackened salmon and it did not disappoint! The slightly spicy flavor was fantastic, and salmon was cooked perfectly. Michael provided fantastic service and Charlie the manager was very pleasant when he checked to see how everything was. All in all a great experience.

We were a table of 14 last night which everyone knows is a waiter's nightmare. Zeff was our server and he was excellent. He was very patient with us and did everything in his power to make each person happy. He deserves a lot of credit. The food was very good, as usual.

Food was good however kids playing on phone with loud music ruined the atmosphere. Sounded like a casino.
Our food and service was excellent. The atmosphere was very comforting and sensual and the drinks made for a perfect night. Also former basketball NBA legend Grant Hill sat not too far from where I was sitting.
