Super friendly and attentive staff. Don't listen to the 1 star reviews, people were upset that they were closing in less than 5 minutes and weren't able to get ice cream... clearly they don't realize how service works. The ice cream is always delicious and I cannot say how much of a joy it is to have them nearby! Go there, but be near a bathroom just in case you can't tolerate the cream

DO NOT GO HERE IF IT IS TOWARDS THE END OF THEIR SHIFT IF AT ALL... my son and I were in line before the lights were turned off and before their closing time of 6 we were in line around 5:55 when we were told they will not serve us because "they were closed and only finished out the people in the line. There was another family behind us who ran up still a few minutes before they advertised to be closed and they refused them as well. I will be going out of my way to not go back there which is sad with how much I enjoy cold stone ice cream ever since a child... If I were you I would give my money to people who actual wanted to be there and out a smile on a child's face instead of selfishly close 5 minutes early and she's everyone away who walks up....
