I have been coming here for over a decade and I’ve noticed one horrible thing that has gotten worse over time. I went in there most recent example today and witnessed just about every booth and table taken up by these people and their “office set up”. They sit there all day long and work on computers at this particular location. They need to address this problem immediately it’s actually quite disrespectful to paying customers and is going to prevent myself as well as other here. It’s not a library it’s a restaurant. Get this fixed.

15 bucks for a sandwich and a coke...ok fine, but put some meat on my sandwich, i ordered a chicken Chipolte sandwich not a bread sandwich with some chicken, cmon man.....add a cup of soup and your over 20 bucks for lunch, sorry but lotta places to go at that price point. Its like yall wanna give me the least you can get away with, I wouldnt mind if i only needed a half sandwich but the 1 oz of meat on my sandwich just isnt enough so gotta order the whole, not worth it, weak !

I’ve been a customer of Panera Bread for years. Today for the first time I discover we can no longer order my tuna sandwich on baguette. Something about the store not getting credit. Changes in the system it seems. Rarely do I react this way. But because of this, in principle, they have lost me as a client. I’m told these changes are happening in ALL Paneras. I got a salad instead which thankfully comes with a piece of baguette bread. I would have paid more by the way not to be told they’re limiting our choices is sad to see!
I placed an order for a half sandwich and half soup. My order was ready within the time of your online app. This is my first time ordering Panera’s Mediterranean veggie and the sandwich was sloppy. All the veggies were thrown together. Although the sandwich was good, I was shocked since usually none of the Panera’s I visit do this. My tomato soup was perfect.

My wife and I have been longtime fans of Panera bread. We’ve been to Panera‘s all over the country. This Sarasota UTC location is one of our favorites. Atmosphere is always upbeat. Staff is friendly and they always have lots of bread and bagels in stock. Very well managed location. we live 20 minutes from this one and skip over 2 other Panera locations to come to this one.

I ordered my meal through the Panera app. I got the Mac and cheese and French onion soup. When it was delivered I was missing my soup and the seal was broken from the bag. I went to Panera asking them to replace the meal because at that point my other food was cold. They told me they couldn't replace my meal and treated me unfairly so I asked for a refund because I didn't want the cold meal. They told me no. I was so embarrassed I wanted to cry. No one would speak to me until someone (I wish I had gotten her name. She was so kind) finally came over and felt bad and gave me a refund and I only got a refund for half of the meal. Since I also tipped the driver and paid a delivery fee. I paid $22 and got $11 and change back. This is horrible customer service. I came up with fair and helpful solutions. Replace my meal or give me a refund. And they treated me harshly. On top of the receipt it says Accuracy Matters "your order should be correct every time. If it's not, we'll fix it right away, and you a free treat. Just let an associate know" well I did. No one would replace my meal.
