Terrible customer service. I placed an online order on February 1st and when we got to the restaurant it turned out they were closed possibly due to an electrical issue. I never received a refund or a call about that order. A week passed and I remembered about it and decided to call the restaurant. I asked to speak to the manager (Washley) who went on to ask for my order number and told me he saw no order under that number and insisted that there was no way I was able to make an online order. I go on to again tell him my order number and even tell him I have proof of my credit card charge to which he tells me to then just call my bank and dispute the charge with them. Total disrespect and lack of customer service on his end. Will never be ordering from here again.

I placed an online order and about 30-45 minutes after we placed and were on our way to pick up they called to let us know they had run out of wings? and that they would refund us the total and it would be in our account in 5-7 days. The week passed and we have yet to receive a refund so I called again and got to speak to the manager (Washley) who then went on to tell us that because we placed our order online he could not access it and therefore cannot give us a refund but at the moment could just fill our order that day since they now had the wings, which I guess worked out fine as we ended up not losing any money but was just such a hassle to go through and made us make 2 trips to the restaurant and essentially wait an entire week to get our order filled. This was an inconvenience as well as waste of time.

Pretty good, my go to place for wings, I see some people complaining about a lack of sauce but I've never had that problem, so I doubt that happens all that much. Complain on stuff like their social media pages if you have issues, they will likely sort things out for you

Our table was filthy and also the railing above the table. Food splattered everywhere. Our chips were delivered dripping in grease. From there it went downhill and we left. We were there, this time, on a Saturday at lunchtime. They were busy. We were sat immediately. The server came quickly and got our drink order. She also took our food order. Someone brought our sodas, but we were not given any silverware, napkins, or straws. Our server noticed this and said that she would get us some straws. Finally, we got them and silverware. Our food was brought out and it was obvious that the cheese fries had been sitting under the warmer. We had asked for extra ranch dressing for our salads, and it was a good thing we did! It was so watered down that there was no flavor to it at all. We never saw a manager at all. Usually there is one that will go around and ask if things are O.K. Our son, who is autistic, loves to go to Chili's. But that is the last time we will go to this location. We have given it many chances. With the same results!
Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

It has been a while since we have attended this establishment & will a lot longer when we ever go back! Went early for a dinner outing & the restaurant was busy with one section closed off due to staff shortages? We sat in the bar area & thought this would be quick & easy, with quick service. Our waitress started well & got us a drink, but was slow coming back for our food order? Finally she took the order & we also decided to order another drink. Another staff member brought us our second drinks while we waited for our food to be delivered. While finally receiving our food orders we noticed to 2 large groups of people one group of 8 people & then a second group of 11 people arrive, without reservations & were seated after staff arranged several tables for the groups. Well our waitress disappeared to attend to these groups so we waited after finishing our meals & waited/waited for our bill or for someone to check with us. Finally after about 15 -20 minutes we flagged down the poor overworked bartender to give us our bill so that we could leave. The food was very average, no staff nor is this establishment managed properly. Hate to turn away business but who with so many do not make reservations??? We shall not return!
