We got the curry chicken with rice and beans and plantains also the jerk chicken with rice and beans and cabbage. Both were awesome. Definitely coming back to try the fish.

I skipped out on Avon Parks restaurant because this one was closer and i was really dissapointed. The sweet plantains werent sweet. The ox tail had no flavor and even though I got the more expensive "large" the oxtail was tiny pieces. The rice had no salt. ? i was really excited at the prospect of trying this place out. The gentleman that took care of me however was very courteous but the food just wasnt good at all literally threw away a $20 plate after just a few bites. Wouldn't recommend.

the food wasn't good. the oxtails seemed weird texture. the food was very little for 20 dollars. they didn't have anything i wanted and didnt take card. had to pay with cash app. definitely recommend u go to Islands Choice in avon park instead way more food for ur dollar and the was is delicious at Islands Choice. the only thing that was good was the bread pudding.

I just moved into the area and my mom found this little spot when I wanted Jamaican food for my birthday. The service was absolutely excellent and the FOOD- oh my gosh- the food was absolutely delicious. Authentic, fresh amazing flavor and very generous portions. The carrot cake we tried was also super yummy. Whole family loved it and I'm hooked.
