Went to the Monkey Morning Café for the first time. Very cozy American diner atmosphere. And superfriendly service! I had the 3 cheese omelet and let's say it was cheesy. The food tasted very good, great hashbrowns also. It was just way too much for me so I had to take a to go box. My friend finished all his and liked his 2 egg breakfast as well. And very good price for the amount of food. I think at Denny's or somewhere we would have paid double. Will be back sometime soon to try the other items.Vegetarian options: You can get dishes without meat.

Not only was our breakfast delicious, but the friendly service was outstanding. From the time we walked in the door until we left, everything was top notch. I'm so glad we found this hidden gem.

It took a little while to get our food since the restaurant was packed when we arrived, but the wait was worth it. Great service. Family atmosphere. Would definitely eat there again.

Fantastic food and very welcoming staff. A gem in Daytona. I was visiting my brother and we were looking coy enough to find Monkey Morning

We stopped in here on our way to Disney for Christmas. We love to find a local spot and this one proved why. We looked for high rated local spots, picked this one, and stopped in. First, it’s so cozy and warm with the best vibes. We were instantly greeted by a gentleman (who we later learned was Russell). He was so nice, answered all my questions about the local area, and was inquisitive about our journey as well. It’s so nice to chat with a friendly person to start off your day. Now the food. First, they serve breakfast and lunch all day. Which was amazing. We ordered a big variety and everything was good but the home fries, onion rings, pancakes, club, and omelette stood out! Honestly everyone was pleased. The owner (I presume) came in after a bit and greeted everyone personally, chatted with us, and made us feel right at home. I can’t recall our servers name but she was a pretty blonde lady and so kind and attentive. She did a terrific job. Don’t miss out on this place if you’re in the area.

Great little breakfast place!Super friendly. Affordable prices. French toast is super cinnamon flavored. My husbands biscuit and gravy was delicious. Everything we had was wonderful. Bacon was thick and crisp. Food came out warm and fast. Would eat here again. I like to support small businesses when I go somewhere new. Will have to stop here for lunch next time I come through here.

Food is good and reasonably priced. Large servings. Food is fresh. Burgers were large hand pattied and when you ordered it. I even heard them say they were out of tarter sauce, cook said she would make a batch, so it’s not out of a jar.

We were looking for breakfast/brunch after a cross country meet and this popped up. We decided to give it a try and we are glad we did. It's a little hole in the wall type place. Extremely friendly people. Unique decor. Food was down home cooking at its best. I got the sausage biscuits and gravy which seems to be a difficult dish most places, but these were just like home. We also had an omelet and hash browns which were also delicious. Give it a try. The big chains don't need your business.

What a cute place! Very friendly staff and great food along with great prices! We got biscuits and gravy, the country platter and The Dennis, all three were excellent! If you are in the area, definitely stop by for breakfast or lunch, their lunch menu looked great as well!

I starred this place for a must try because of the yelp reviews a couple of trips ago but we finally checked it out on our last day in Daytona. Thats all she wrote.. This place was just what the doctor ordered. It was a bit of a drive from the beach but convinced the hubs because he's a s***** for a country fried steak breakfast. Who would have thought it would be so good!! Not only that, I didn't expect to have a bloody mary and a screwdriver to go with it :-) The country gravy tasted homemade, the drinks were fantastic and the staff including the owner Steve were just super cool. This will be a must go to next time we're in town. Thanks Monkey Morning!! See you soon

Good food and friendly service! Best of all they are dog friendly! Being an Eagle Alumni it was nice to see a tribute.

We were looking for a place with mimosas, and this restaurant popped up, and I am glad it did. The staff was engaging and fun loving. The mimosas and screwdrivers were awesome, great for a hangover. Then there is the King Kong challenge. 5 pounds of food in 30 minutes. I was successful, but barely. That burger was delicious and ginormous. This will be our go to when we vacation to Daytona in the future.
