This ChillN location is great! It's conveniently located, even though parking can sometimes be challenging in the small parking lot of a popular strip mall. I've been going to the location further south for years, and this one is nice too. There were lots of people there on a Thursday night, and the ambiance felt fun. I appreciated that they have seating inside and outside. I love the Nutella ice cream flavor with granola mixed in, but this was my first time trying the almond milk. It was not as good as the regular milk flavor - something about it was too sweet - so lesson learned! Go for the regular milk flavor!

When I visited, it was really busy, but I now understand why! You could customize the iceream by choosing your own flavors and toppings, and it was incredibly smooth. Some of the greatest I've ever had. Will most certainly be back!

Horrible service. First off the girl placing the order was fully on her phone when I was ordering my ice cream. We ordered two ice creams and they messed them up, once we complained the tried to say that we were confusing when we ordered and it was all our fault. Instead of apologizing the staff laughed in our face. I am very allergic to coconut and they put coconut in my ice cream. For $17 dollars I expect a lot more, or at the least not immature staff laughing in my face when they make a mistake.

Order from here ALL the time, we live down the block. We walked in at 10:02PM on Thursday night today.Place was FULL, two boys at register were going to take us for just one ice cream, until your dragon woman walked up to the register, rudely waved her paid outs or cash envelopes at us saying “we are closed”.I mean honestly lol so childish and unprofessional.

The Periodic table behind the counter representing the flavors was really cool.There’s a nitrogen hose that they use to blast it into the ice cream and you see this big cloud of chilled steam, and it tasted very creamy.I’m looking for a similar experience here in Ohio now! I loved it!
Very well decorated. Walked in for the first time and my server, Reyhan, was very professional and nice. I was unfamiliar with the menu and Reyhan spent the time to explain the whole menu, which can be a bit confusing. The ice cream was delicious, and affordable for the service provided. Well done Reyhan!

This type of place for selling ice-cream should always make sure that it always has a type of website to it that is always kept as up-to-date as possible in the sense of all of the types of products that it all ever sells in general and that its own type of website is also always able to be translated into all foreign languages in general and all. Therefore, not only will any types of customers in general and all types of customers in general all always be able to understand exactly what they all are all ever looking on the type of website for this type of Ice Cream place all alone in particular, but that most especially even, that this type of Ice Cream and yogurt type of place will never, ever set any sorts of limits to all of the types of products that it could ever sell alone in particular and all.

This place is delicious. The workers are friendly as well. I ordered a pup cup for $3.21, and it consisted of peanut butter and honey. It was a good treat after a long day.

I love nitrogen but this specific store NEVER has the non-dairy options in stock. the whole reason most people like this is for the oat milk base and we go all the way out there and there is not non-dairy options. Nobody wants to go to this location
