The chef is talented. The staff is courteous and attentive, seeming to appear only when needed. It was our favorite restaurant this trip. I only regret not leaving room to try the desserts. ☺️?

Recommended by some friends, we went last night. Service was fantastic - sad to say I forgot the servers name but had good advice on all the menu items. The back-up was a woman named Harmony who, as her name implies, gave us amazing, friendly service! GREAT bread service - served with roasted garlic and basil olive oil (seriously could've had that for dinner). The seasonal salad was a bit blah but the rest of the meal was fab - we both had the filet - cooked perfectly. The butter rum cake was a yummy end! Will be back.

Wow, seriously one of our fav restaurants. If you are a foodie, this is a great please to set the bar. We love going here for date nights and special occasions. We usually go with groups and everyone always loves their food. Make reservations about a month in advance if you want to go on a weekend as they are always booked.

If you’re cheating on your spouse and you want to celebrate, bring them here. Sit in the corner. If your spouse walks in, hide under the table with your steak. You will be embarrassed but the steak is absolutely perfect, so there’s that.

Great food and great service. Not a large space so tables are somewhat close together. Burrata for two and beef tenderloin were fabulous. Place books up so reserve early.

Collage is our #1 favorite restaurant ? in town. In a town filled with fabulous food, that is quite the achievement.? We live in the heart of the historic district and love ❤️ having neighbors like Collage. That pan seared drum was out of this world and the polenta and brussel sprouts ? blew me away. YES Brussel Sprouts can you believe it?

I made a reservation on OpenTable a week in advance for a special occasion to celebrate my birthday. Two days before the scheduled date, the restaurant called me twice in one day to confirm my reservation. On the day before the reservation, they called again to confirm. Finally, on the day of the reservation, they called me two hours before the scheduled time, requesting that I come an hour earlier. When I informed them that I couldn't make it earlier, they canceled my reservation. I was extremely upset and disappointed that my special occasion plans were ruined due to their mismanagement. I would not recommend relying on this restaurant for special occasions.

We love the new menu! We've been coming here for the last 7 years and usually get almost the same thing. Thankfully what we usually order was not on the menu this year.... but was very similar. Apparently there is a new chef in town... we love this one as much as all the others. Just a very very slightly different menu which continues the same highly quality we've had in years past. We continue to love this place and can't recommend it highly enough. To Collage.... see you in a few weeks!!***UPDATE***2/23/2024We returned with some fear based on recent grumblings and discovered IT'S BETTER THAN EVER!!! The consistency continues, the food and service are amazing. In addition, WE GOT TO MEET THE CHEF!!! I'm still having palpitations over that! Will continue to return here. We think it's the top food downtown!

I made this reservation weeks in advance anticipating a quiet, intimate dinner with my husband. Unfortunately we were seated in the back section with a large party of 7 very talkative people. Our table was right by them in what felt like a time out corner. We felt rushed by our server; she asked us to place our food order before offering drinks. This was not the experience we were hoping to have; the last time we dined here it was wonderful and warranted the cost of the meal.

One of the best restaurants in town. Highly recommend. Had a slight incident with Hostess upon arrival that almost left restaurant. But decided to stay and was so glad we did as the food was amazing and the service was incredible. Although they need to change hostess. But FOOD is amazing and the service was amazing too!

Wonderful in every way. Service was exceptional, food was excellent and portions were not small. Small, intimate setting that was not overly noisy at all. We would absolutely dine here again. And the donut dessert was amazing!

They are resting on their laurels! They take hospitable out of Hospitality. Food is average at best and comically Overpriced! Allison the Hostess was abrupt & almost rude. Our server Louis was unprofessional & was very rude. Outside of the two ladies that served our food; it was a TERRIBLE experience. STAY AWAY. Visit any of Michaels Restaurants instead! Night & Day.

Beef tenderloin was as much fat as meat. Ended up with a bug in a drink... instead of getting a new glass and new wine, they left and brought it back after picking it out. Ended the meal with check thrown on the table without even a pen to sign... “”I'm sure you can find one”?
