I’ve waited to review this food truck until I’ve eaten there more than a few times, and my verdict is in, and it’s outstanding, consistent and just plain what are you wanting for? It’s your grandma’s, moms , you’re best food you can get, the chicken is cooked to order so if you know what you want preorder, the regular sides and cornbread are off the chain and they always have a seasonal vegetable and salad. We used Fried Chicken Kitchen for my son's rehearsal dinner at the Ximenez-Fatio House Museum. We were coming from Atlanta to St. Augustine for the wedding at the White Room. Spencer was wonderful in the process of booking the event. Delivery was on time and the food was hot and yummy. Everybody LOVED the food. They make your food fresh to order which is refreshing. The chicken was absolutely delicious. It had the lightest crust with a juicy interior with a lot of flavor. They have a delicious Datil sweet and spicy sauce and delicious home made ranch. The cornbread was melt in your mouth delicious. I'd come back again.
