As luck would have it, our first experience with this establishment will be our last: as we waited in line to be seated, we overheard the hostess explain that the restaurant was closing and it was their last night! Such a shame, but understandable, as the chief needed to re-organize his work/home balance. Beautiful building and great location off the main 'strip'. Thank you for allowing us our brief dining pleasure with you!

One of the best restaurants my wife and I tried in St.Augustine. Unfortunately, they told us after we got our bill that they're closing this week . Fortunately for us we've got to experience and taste some of the best food we had in a long time thank you for making my wife's birthday night so special.

Food and drink were very good. I had a lovely wine and my husband tried a new to him beer. Started with the arugula salad. We loved all the toppings on the salad. My entree was the seared scallops. They were perfectly cooked, served over a bed of still crunchy vegetables. Just delicious. Finished the evening with the lemon bread pudding. The service was perfect. Flying bugs on the porch were the only negative

Everything was perfect! Ambience, noise level, service .... The food was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend this restaurant! We were celebrating my husband's birthday and it was our first time there. It will definitely not be our last. Absolutely love it!

The atmosphere and their patio for dining are lovely. The selection of food is also very good. We felt that the price point was high especially for a glass of wine (though the selections are extensive and wonderful) I had a glass of Prosecco here and it was $4 more here than what I had at another restaurant the week before, yes it was the same winery that was served at both locations. The braised short rib was cooked to perfection however too much of a Smokey flavor for me. I felt the asparagus was cooked nicely, Al dente and not stalky. Their pomme purée served with this dish was perfect. The other entree had been the scallops and we wouldn't change a thing. They have homemade ice cream here and it was incredible. The flavors and the freshness truly shine through, I highly recommend this dessert. The Crème Brûlée was good but not over the top, once again, especially for the price point which was way too high. If it had a fusion of perhaps Amaretto , Bailey's or Kahlua it would justify the price point.

Such a sweet and unique location. Food was absolutely amazing and fresh. Hands down best customer service. Our waiter, Benjamin, was such a joy to have as a part of our experience. We highly recommend and will be coming back.

Everything was spectacular. I believe our servers name was Ben. He was attentive and kind. The outdoor patio had a lovely ambiance. We throughly enjoyed the soup of the day. The arugula salad was delicious, as well as the scallops. The mint chip ice cream that they make in house was some of the best I've had. Highly recommend

When visiting St. Augustine, we LOVE to visit Preserved. The food is superb every time. We really enjoy the atmosphere here while dining. Diane is a wonderful and attentive server.

It's a very good restaurant. The food was very good, excellent wine list, good service. The only real problem was the 25 mph winds, which are really not the restaurant's fault. Perhaps some space heaters would have helped.

We chose Preserved for our 1 night in St. Augustine and were not disappointed. Everything from the spinach salad, entrees of short ribs and scallops, dessert of crème brûlée and South African rose wine was delicious. Service was perfect and staff paid close attention to my wife's shellfish allergy. Highly recommend!

We love this place. We went there to celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary and we had a spectacular evening. The service, food and quiet atmosphere are all over the top. Our server was the best ever and appreciated them serving us some sparkling wine to help us celebrate. A real class act ....

We celebrated my husband's birthday at Preserved and it was a fantastic experience. Our server, Diane, was wonderful. She was friendly, attentive and made sure our evening was the best it could be. Every bite was delicious but I would have to say that the Mushroom Bisque was so, so good and I don't think I've ever had a better creme brulée. The wine list at Preserved is quite extensive and we truly enjoyed the bottle that we selected. Thanks for a super evening.

We have been here a few different times no on our visits to St. Augustine. This is a nice space with both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Food consistently good. Nice wines as well. Shared chocolate dessert which was yummy. Popular menu items (shrimp n grits, catch of day, braised short ribs) all excellent!

We sat in the courtyard, it was a perfect evening, lovely ambience. I had the spinach salad, my husband had the roast oysters, both were perfect. For entrees I had the scallops which were cooked to perfection, my husband had the pork chop which he also said was delicious. To top it off they presented him with a complimentary creme brûlée to celebrate his birthday. Our server Natalie was lovely and very attentive. Looking forward to our next visit.
