We enjoy St Augustine Bourbon Strait, no doubt at all!we were looking forward to a tasting !I must tell you, the individual doing the tasting, Neal, was less than interested in our tasting! No enthusiasm, no talk about each bourbon! Very disappointing. He seem bothered that we were there! Then as we came back in, another individual, Nick, was talking to another couple, very informative. Happy, enthusiastic, he appeared to enjoy his job! If I had more info on the port, I would have bought it. Unfortunate that Neal represents such a good bourbon! Your other staff was super!!

Incredible tour. Patrick was a great! Super knowledgeable on all things bourbon. Top notch distillery that rivals Kentucky bourbon trail.

I treated two of my employees to the distillery tour on 4/19/24. Doug was our tour guide who was very informative and very funny! This is a must do in St. Augustine!

Super cool distillery, the tour was awesome! The tastings are great! Cool little gift shop where they sell their alcohol!

Thank you Alison and Doug for all the help and recommendations!! Sweetest people we’ve met so far on our trip to St. Augustine.

The bourbon is great, but some of the staff lacks personality. The whole experience felt very routine. When questions were asked during the tastings, there were multiple times where the workers felt like it was a major inconvenience to break their routine to answer them. One worker in particular, Neal, was very rude and made for an unpleasant cap to our visit. I was looking forward to buying a couple of bottles, but because Neal was so rude, I decided to leave. Customer service plays a huge factor in customer’s experience and this place did not meet expectations. That being said, the bourbon is very good, but I wish the staff I encountered with wasn’t so standoff-ish and acted like they wanted to be there. Ruined the whole experience.

St. Augustine Distillery will NOT disappoint and have a memory to last a lifetime. Larry was fantastic for the tour and tasting and KNOWS his bourbon. Nicholas made my one of a kind single barrel bottle pour SO special and was such a blessing to meet him. He went above and beyond to share his passion for what he does, what goes into making bourbon and both men were fantastic!!!A hidden suggestion: Go to the 4pm booking cause it's the last one of the day and they can spend more time showing you stuff, behind the scenes and won't feel rushed.* My suggestion if you can do it ???Thank you and made a 50th Birthday, bourbon ? lovers day a VERY special one ❤️??

We had a wonderful afternoon at the distillery. Our tour with Larry was the highlight. He is dynamic, engaging, knowledgeable and fun. We did the 3 pairings of bourbon with truffles. What could be better? Really loved the whole experience. Nick at the tasting bar was knowledgeable and kind and very generous with his pours. The four samples we had as part of the self-guided tour we did before the pairings experience were all delicious. Definitely recommend this experience for anybody even remotely interested in bourbon. Thank you Larry and Nick for making it extra special.

Dominick was a fantastic host. Barrell aged gin is highly recommended. The Saint was also delicious!

This was such a fun and informative experience.. The cocktails were delicious and it was so enjoyable chatting with Dominick. He had in depth information on the different spirits made there, great tips on making cocktails, local eats and the history of distilling on Florida.

Not bad for Saint Augustine, your not in Kentucky. Worth a stop for sure. Free tasting tour or a class for $17. Others we meet said the restaurant upstairs was great. Nik did our class and we had fun. Their store at the end of the tour was first class.

Wow... Great time at the cocktail class! Neil, Damien and Ian did a super fantastic job. Fun and informative with snacks and two great cocktails!!! Highly recommended, even if you are a tea totaler, you'll enjoy the experience.

I was ready to spend some serious cash on a bourbon I couldn’t get at home, but Neal ended the experience on a sour note. He wasn’t excited to tell us about the bourbons and when asked to try the saint again he declined. I’m definitely not spending $200 on a bottle if I’m not sure. The other stations were awesome with great service.

While the product was fine, the customer service was well below what you would expect at the tasting stops during our self-guided tour. Maybe it was just a busy weekend and none of the employees wanted to be there, but it certainly didn't make us feel welcome or want to purchase any of their bottles or other merchandise.
