The black man in the window on sunday, Mar 17 is scanning customer credit card information to then try and make a scam attempt with it later. I purchased food here around 8:20pm today and just had the attempt of $103 charge to his cashapp. Luckily marked as fraud and canceled but how many others has he tried. He was acting very weird at the window and believe he snapped a picture of the front and back of it with his phone in the tight corner near the drivethru pick up window. I rarely use this card and I know this is how it just happened. I had my suspicion but kept telling myself to disregard it as being skeptical. Yet, my gut was telling the truth. Beware to all others and he made the attempt as soon as they closed shop. I had to waste my time calling the credit card company to cancel and now wait for a replacement. Including any autocharge i had on that card. I called the store shortly after but no answer and will follow up again tomorrow to help protect other innocent people from their thief at the window.Food was good as normal but they currently have a scum employee that they must not yet be aware of is all.

Arrived at 9:15pm on 1/24/24. I placed an order online with an estimated pickup time of 9:15pm(when I arrived). There was a sign on the door, not very official or professional, stating the lobby was closed due to staff shortages. I proceeded to the drive thru lane to pick up my order that should have already been ready. The team member at the window said their fryer is being clean so they don’t have fries readily available. They asked if I wanted some other sides but I like the fries here so I opted to wait for the fryer to be cleaned and then heated up so get my fries. Didn’t receive order until 9:28. And they advertise “order online and skip the line/quick pick up” - that did not happen today. I recommend KFC to get a hold of these locations to improve these working conditions because it is not a great experience at all and is lowering the customer interest and appeal to this place.

This place honestly sucks. I’ve tried to eat here on 4 separate occasions with only 1 being successful. On two occasions they told us at the window that they don’t have any chicken, and on the other they were closed at noon on a weekday (no holiday or special occasion)Save your time and go to your second choice.

Ordered the 8 peace, thigh, and leg combo on the KFC app went to the store waited in additional 20 minutes stood. There was never greeted definitely looked at, but never greeted. Finally received. My chicken drove back home open the chicken bucket to find two breast never seen those disguised, his thighs or legs before two chicken wings that look like chicken nuggets, two thighs or what were thighs before they were marinated in their own grease for at least few hours and turn to complete mush and two legs or at least they resembled legs once upon a time before being smashed under all the other chicken grandkids were severely disappointed I was upset, but not completely surprised because as usual, the KFC in St. Cloud, Florida is hands-down the worst absolute worst. I have ever eaten at other than that still taste like Kentucky fried chicken.

Service at this fast food restaurant sed to be great, however customer service have plunged so much that is not joke, Yesterday I place and order thru Uber Eat, by away my first time, the order was delayed one full hour and half. I placed my order at 4:30 pm, delivered from this location at 5:50 pm, delivered to my place at 6:00 pm. I felt sorry for the Uber driver, original Uber pick up driver declined to wait that long after more than 40 minutes a second Uber driver stay out for the rest of this ordeal. Thumbs up for this driver, I gave her a good review despite this poor service no her fault and additional tip to compensate her lost for no doing more business in the mean time. I have to say that a month ago I tried their service in person and waiting time was awful as well but no as this one, what a poor service. This location seems to be understaffed and poor managed.
