Stopped in this afternoon to get a smoothie and there was probably 5 people ahead of me and only one young lady working. I was thinking about turning around and leaving but to my surprise, she handled each and every customer with perfection and the line moved quickly. I asked her her name and she said it was Kymora (spelling) . I thought by the way she handled herself and customers she was the manager but she said she had only been working there like 6 weeks. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised at her work ethic. Please recognize this young lady for her hard work.

The employee stayed on her phone texting the whole time, didn't even greet us and took forever to make the drink's because she was too busy on her phone instead of taking care of customers. Very unprofessional.

The owner/manager I noticed a few weeks ago has been at the St Cloud location forever. I see her mainly in the mornings. This evening, I arrived and ordered a small smoothie. Long story short the young girl (Spanish-Asian look) has the same demeanor as the owner; they both are very reserved, quiet, absolutely no facial expressions at all. I would make a silly joke, or an exaggerated "Hello how are you?" and the reply is "What can I get for you?" The tone is always an Adams Family Wednesday Adams look and response. The smoothie I order- or we order- are always the same and taste is the same! -I came onto YELP to see what the reviews were like. What bothers me is the owner or managers - none- have commented on any posts. So... today was the last time I gave generous tip. I mean $8 for a small drink- times are tough and people should care more about their business. Good luck! -PS Yes this is a product my kid enjoys and I do too. Today, the world wants to cancel or Change.org everything or Karen someone. Conservatives or Liberals alike. I like something I'll buy it until something better comes along so I can feel welcome. It's not a boycott because we all post and share and make a decision based on a story or experience; and my choice to stay is taste and convenience next to the gym; what will finally make me stop is the lackluster attitude. Find someone who greets me and smiles and I find better taste somewhere else...I mean, SMILE FOR GOODNESS SAKES!!! I say hello, say it back!!! This is equivalent to a waitress telling us how their relationship with their parents aren't working out or how they hate HOA's (lol). I have been told Natures Table is good... hmmm time to try something new - maybe

Ordered a Peanut Butter Power Up and it tastes like straight up water down ice. If you’re gonna cut back on products don’t do it so that it no longer taste like the smoothie you ordered, especially at $14 a drink. Won’t come back here again.

Website sucks. Made 2 attempts to buy a gift card online, got 2 confirmations my payment could not be completed for no reason.

When we all place an order, we expect at the minimum or friendly interaction with any clerk of a business that we are dealing with, right? Super dry borderline Rude, and the bathrooms are always closed. Why are you selling smoothies next to a Gym, have a sign on the door that says for planet smoothie customers only, to never have it open? Owner needs to do a bit of customer service training at this location.

The little girls in the store started telling people at 7:55pm they were already closed!! By 7:58 the lights were off and the door was locked! I was outside and the girl lied to me and said they was still open. This is what happens when you have CHILDREN closing a store!!
