Customer service is stellar! The place is very clean , the tables are immediately wiped down after a customer leaves, and the interaction with customers is great ! Service with a smile :) Now, as far as the burgers go..... I wish I could give a better rating but unfortunately not only are their sandwiches nothing like advertised, their meat is pretty basic . Headed to the Sawgrass Mall with kids on a Saturday morning. It was before mall opened at 11am and the doors were open, and since we did not have breakfast, this was a good time to try Burger IM. They had a 5.99 morning combo with burger covered with egg, fries, and drink. Great deal so we ordered. We really wanted to try the French fries which look like thick potato chips. Tried this place on a whim while Christmas shopping in the mall. The picture menu in the front window caught our attention! I forgot the name of the burger my boyfriend ordered but it had beef patty, a crispy onion ring, bacon, and bbq sauce. His burger was good, and he even said, "this is the first time I got a burger that looked exactly like the picture."
