This is the worse chick fl-a i ever visit. This evening i place a order they forgot to put my side salad in the bag 10 minutes later i return there and showed her chinese rude self my receipt and she said I did put it in the bag instead of her saying ok heres another one or will you like to order another side salad she turned her back to me and walked off from the window then proceeded to speak to another employess about the situation and left me in the drive thru. Most chick fi-a employees smile the ones at this location barely have a smile on there face . And it wasnt about just the salad it was the principle of the situation rude chinese lady with the glasses stay away from the drive through window

Went to chic fil la and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and shortly after eating it. I was experiencing symptoms of food poisoning and have been dealing with being poisoned for the last 3 days of throwing up and having a fever .Attempted to call them to address the issue just for the operator to say the number is out of service.

The car lines to get to the drive through were not in any kind of order. People were cutting through the parking lot and employees were not capable of fixing the issue. Spent way too much time and money. More time and money than usual.

Place is usually good but I went through drive thru and my order was all wack. I didn't get the right drink. Asked for a lemonade when I got an unsweet tea. I got an extra sandwich when I only wanted one spicy deluxe and none of the sauces I requested were in the bag. I got a soup and no saltines crackers at all and no extra spoon for my parfait. I work at cfa at a different location and they missed some items that come with the meals/sides. And no napkins in bag. Like I said very surprised because this location is pretty good when it comes to handing out correct orders but today whoever was bagging and handing out messed up

Just be careful and check that your order is complete when you use the drive thru, usually something is missing. It happens to me very often at this place, it is extremely annoying getting home and not finding what you want to eat.
