After walking by the same delicious-smelling trailer with freshly chopped wood in the background for a whole semester, I finally walked up to Breadwinners one day and ordered their "Quarter chicken dinner" with macaroni and cheese and baked beans. Everything was great! The chicken was not too saucy as not to minute the flavor of the chicken itself. Chef is personable and takes pride in his cooking and preparing it for you. I thought the slab of ribs were a little pricey but I really enjoyed my slab of ribs! One box cut into individual ribs and another it was cut into pieces. They don't shortchange you NONE! No longer did I feel it was pricey! There was only one sauce and I liked it. FABULOUS! Thankfully these amazing chefs brought their smoked meat genius selves to the apartment complex where I live. I drove in from work and it smelled like heaven on earth! An amazing smoked rib dinner with beans and potato salad blessed my Friday night. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you, Sirs. Thank you.
