I walked in and TK instantly greeted me. He helped me pick out some of the favorites among customers, and the food was amazing. I appreciated TK’s kindness and overall customer service. I will definitely be back.

Employees seem to get aggravated if I forgot something and came back to the register to pay for something else. The food was burnt and the meat on the plate certain parts was hard to chew. The employees were also rude. The black beans was cold. I was too hungry to take a picture.

I came in yesterday night after work and honestly this place should be shut down. I had to wait for the cook to finish smoking outside before he even came in to make my food. When I finally got it, the food wasn’t even worth the wait. The customer service was terrible he just stared at me like my concerns didn’t matter at all. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit Saturday night. The service was slow and unorganized, the food was burnt and not enjoyable, and the atmosphere was chaotic rather than welcoming. I even tried to call back to let the restaurant know, but no one answered the phone. Based on my experience, I would not recommend coming here on weekends, as it seems the restaurant cannot handle the crowd properly. Unfortunately, this was not the dining experience I expected

I had such an amazing experience at California Chicken and Grill! Manager AJ and her crew went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly, but what really stood out was the service. AJ leads her team with so much care and professionalism.. you can really feel the positive energy. The whole crew was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location I hadn’t been to the other one in years.
