Purchased 8-9 lb spiral sliced ham. It was delicious. I served it cold. Easy to remove slices. with the leftovers, I put a few slices at a time in the air fryer and they came out very nice.
I'm pretty picky about my tuna sandwiches. It's a workday favorite, but hard to find a good one in Tallahassee. Most taste like cat food on a bun. There are just three places in town that I get them routinely without fear (or thoughts of litter boxes). One of them is, ironically, a honey-ham place -- Connie's Hams & Roasters. Excellent sandwiches made to order along with selection of soups and salads, plus a daily meal offering. Homey and friendly. Also offers famous baked hams and other catered items. A Tallahassee institution! I have sampled most sandwiches, including egg salad and Reuben. Also recommend the Brunswick stew.
