Very nice staff. But they initially only made one of the two pizzas we ordered. When they discovered their error, they made the second pizza. That required us to wait about 15 minutes in the store. Even worse, the first pizza was cooling off by the time the second one came out. This was our first time trying Hungry Howies. I’m not sure whether we will try it again as we really wanted both of our pizzas to be hot. When the staff discovered the error, they should have remade the first pizza so that both were hot.

Went in for a pick up order. A girl came from the back with a short cut. Didn't greet me and had an attitude throughout the entire process of ringing me up. I asked for extra dressing. Another girl came up and gave it to no type of greeting. If you all don't like working there find another Job !!!! I was go to the one in Southwood. Always friendly and great service. The Southwood franchise has an amazing owner who trains her staff well !

We really love this place. The pizza is consistently wonderful. We get the same thing every Friday night. My kids talk about pizza night all week. The flavored crust is the kicker. Without it, the pizza is still better than Pappoe’s or Domijohns. With it, the pizza is exponentially better. Tilia is also a very friendly person to deal with on a regular basis.

I have been waiting for an hour and a half and still no pizza. I have also been on hold for 30 mins. Seriously ? I used to work a pizza place and it does not take this long…. EVER! Unless you count lazy people not wanting to work.
