We visited Playa Bowl in Montgomeryville today and the staff were very rude. My daughter who frequents the store asked about the portions in her bowl which appeared to be less than usual. The girl responded by saying “I can see it in there” and dismissed our concerns. She was very rude in her response to us, the customers. I would not recommend this location!

I gave been to playa bowl over 10 times and my experience today was not good. The staff today was not very welcoming. If the owners were there today when I went they sure were not friendly. I told the cashier no coconuts and they put some in, then she says you want a lid and I said well yea, it’s to go. She didn’t even put them in a bag. I always buy the Nutella one and I always buy 2. All the other times I had no problems great staff and friendly.

Look for a fruit salad, mango, strawberry, drinks, this is the place. The fruits are fresh and when you enter the place it is like you are teleported from one place to another. When you enter, everything is beach and sun. I have visited 3 different locations in New Jersey and the service is good and fast when you pick up your order. 🥥🥝🍉🍓🍎🍉🍉🫐🥭🥤🧉

My go to for Acai Bowls. They have several flavors bases and all your favorite toppings and add ins. Sounds like a crazy combo but I like 1/2 Acai & 1/2 Coconut base, banana, Blueberry, almond butter & peanut butter with xtra granola ... it's not too sweet but delicious!

Just menu list went there 3 time taste good and one of them banana boat everything on it make me quick full. LOL
Incredibly disappointed and disgusted at the lack of cleanliness of the employees. I came in, and Matthew was sitting behind the counter eating. He licks his finger and wipes his face with his hands before coming to take my order. Then, proceeds to fix my 2 bowls without washing his hands or putting on gloves. I asked him to wash them, and he did.
Another employee comes from the back and grabs gloves without washing his hands. I asked him to please wash his hands before putting on gloves. He takes off one glove and washes his hand. To my surprise, he actually picks up the dirty glove he just removed and puts it back on.
I was mind blown and grossed out. It's no telling how they're managing food when no one is watching.
I received a refund and will never be going back.

I went for a free bowl and the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and knew the menu . I got half açaí and half oatmeal bowl and it was sooo yummy I order from here every weekend for delivery it’s a hit.
