Service was fine but worst cinnamon pretzel bites ever. Not like they used to be more like they dumped damp brown sugar on them. They were all clumped even the regular pretzels looked like they had clumps of brown sugar. The pretzels themselves tasted leftover from the previous day as well.

i come here everyday like an addiction , the pepperoni pretzel bites , or the mini pretzal dogs help get me through my working day . surprised that im not on a first name basis with the employees otherwise id give 5 stars instead of 4

I love Auntie Anne's and the cinnamon pretzel bites are to die for. But the employee that was taking my order I felt was very rude. As I was trying to say my order the lady was taping her nail on the screen and I felt rushed. She didn't let me finish, cutting me off and giving me unseasoned pretzel bites. When I told her that's not what I wanted, she got annoyed and said they didn't have any.
