For Friday evening I was looking for a place to have hamburger and since burger monger was on my list I decided to order from Burger Monger through door-dash.From burger monger I decided to order Jalapeño snap burger ( Lettuce Wrap) and sweet potato fries.The order was delivered in 30-35 minutesThe food was hot and good.I really loved the sweet potato fries. It was delicious and perfectly made.For jalapeño snap burger i didn't knew it was beef patty as I m not a fan of beef. It was my mistake.I will definitely try burger monger again with chicken patty and I am sure I would love it.

I was excited to see Burger Monger on the list for Creative Loafing's Burger Week 2022.Guy and have been there several times and always enjoyed the food.This time was a huge disappointment. Things have changed! First, I was surprised to see only one other couple there. After all, this IS Burger Week, November 3-9, 2022. (If you're not familiar with Burger Week, the Creative Loafing website will tell you about it.)Check out the first picture of the burger I posted. That face says it in a way I never could.They have the best fries. Let me restate that, they HAD the best fries. They used to be natural cut, fries. Not this time. For some reason they switched to frozen fries.At the first bite, I knew they were made from frozen fries. When I asked about this,the employees did a little sidestep dance, but they did admit the restaurant had changed suppliers. Blamed it on.......guess who COVID! (The menu still lists natural sliced French fries). I suppose in today's market, machine processed, cut and frozen could be considered natural and if they had to reprint all the menues, they would lose all the savings they get serving generic fries.)I had the Blaz'n Bacon Blue. $10.49 at this posting. I only ate about 1/4 of it. See first and second picture.Guy had the Mushroom Swiss Burger. $9.99. He ate most of his. But neither of us could believe it was from the restaurant we liked so much.Single order of fries, $3.99.Both of us ordered water $free. The water came out of the soda dispenser and tasted like that flavored water everybody drinks and pretends to like because it's what you do when you're cool. I'm not cool. I didn't like it and Guy didn't either.I could say more. Like when I went to wash my hands in the ladies room, one of the male employees was in there, but I won't because it wouldn't be politically correct to make any kind of judgement about that.So now, let my pictures do the talking.Vegetarian options: They have a few vegan options. If we go back, (I'm all for second chances) I want to try the Portobello Sandwich. However, I'm not sure if they have a special grill for vegan options.

I went for the Monday $5 burger. Amazing deal. The bun is good, but a pretzel bun would take this into the best counter-service burger in America. The toppings and Monger ‘special’ sauce are very fresh and contrast the meaty goodness. The grilled onions are prepared to an fantastic standard and have a wonderful flavor accentuating the meaty burger patty. They get their money back on the fries and the shakes. The sweet potato waffle fries have excellent crispy texture and a chewy center. The strawberry shake is great, my only issue with it is that they have a paper straw. Bring a big appetite, you will want to try everything.

Food is Ok. Service is non existent. Dine in seemed to be a challenge for the disinterested cashier. Food order was wrong. Had to ask repeatedly for my fries. Not coming back.

My family and I stopped in here on a whim. We are not from the area and hadn't heard of the restaurant before, but when looking up their menu, we saw that they had a GF bun option for my daughter.We are SO glad we stopped! The location was very clean and although there were only 2 staff working at this time, they were accurate, efficient, nice to talk to and very fast. We ordered burgers and a buffalo chicken sandwich all with fries. Everything tasted AMAZING. (Side note here - try the specialty ketchup flavors!) - I definitely recommend stopping in here and giving them a try.

I don't even know where to start. The place was disgusting my burger was like they reheated it in a microwave and fries were soggy and I asked if they could make me a fresh order the bald guy in the back said no!!! It was already fresh that he wasn't going to remake it.. so I told him I wanted my money back he proceeded to say they don't do refunds there. I will never go back to this place and I strongly recommend that Noone else go there. They are very unprofessional and have nasty attitudes.

Spent an additional $6.17 to customize our burgers without getting any paid for add-ons. I know they sold recently, wish it wasn’t so evident. Spend the extra couple dollars on Mondays and go to Burger 21 up the road.

Its heartbreaking to see how a burger joint that was once such a great hit to decline in its service and the food quality that is currently being served here. I have been going to this particular location of Burger Monger for about 12 years now. I was their loyal customer even during pandemic when food only could be gotten from here as curbside pickup. I'm so sad to say this location's quality in service, food prep, and quality is so bad that I simply can no longer return here nor suggest it to anyone. I do hope the owners of Burger Monger take notice of reviews on yelp and make the drastic changes this once great location of their's, sorely requires. During my recent visit on a Sunday lunch time, the person taking the order was completely not in his right mind. He even stated that his mind was too foggy to think clearly. I would think someone with that mental state probably could be avoiding interacting with customer at such a front facing role. After a very lengthy process of ordering burger and salad without any unusual customizing and payment, my order came out with very poor quality. The monger burger was drenched in sauce so much so that the patty itself was drowned by the sauce and sliding off the patty. The chicken monger burger was haphazardly slapped together with all the fixings falling off, and the bacon was so greasy that my chicken tasted more like bacon than chicken. The monger salad was overpowered by raw onion since it had equal amounts of onion as lettuce. Usually onion are meant to be garnish vs. the main ingredient. The interior was very dirty with unclean floors, tables and chairs were disorganized, and the area around fountain drinks area was equally unclean making it very unpleasing to get drink from the machine. My only hope that the ownership of this location put in the effort necessary to bring this restaurant back to its glory days. Heres' to hoping in the least.
First time at Burger Monger, it was good, but not the greatest burger, it is just something different to try.

Delicious chicken sandwich!!! I got the create your own chicken sandwich and the chicken is MASSIVE and really well seasoned. The fries are also quite good and thin. Not greasy and overall very good!!

Good quality ingredients- fresh tomatoes, crunchy pickles, and crisp lettuce made the burger that much yummier. I came in and asked for a protein style burger. The staff had no clue what that was but after explaining that I didn't want a bun and just wanted it wrapped in lettuce, the team was super accommodating and totally nailed it! (Granted it wasn't wrapped but still, great job!) The restaurant currently offers a special on Mondays. Monger burgers (without cheese) are just $5! Word of advice, add the cheese. As a matter of fact, toss in an order of sweet potato waffle fries too and pair it with one of their 3 ketchup options. You can choose from traditional ketchup, truffle ketchup, and mango Sriracha ketchup. Enjoy!
